Same as others on here, cheap and nasty. I did try to find reviews before ordering, but it was too new and there were no reviews. Took a bad gamble and am now stuck with two unusable items. Advice to anyone DO NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM!!!

Be cautious with these people!
I ordered the straightener-pro and was sent a completely different straightener which was nothing like the one advertised! It came with no instructions or paperwork and hardly heats up!
They have covered themselves by saying that sometimes there suppliers are out of stock and they send a slight substitute and promise it’s of the same quality.... trust me it’s not! It’s cheap and nasty
That was money wasted!
Even tho they promise a 30 day refund you won’t get it under the small print!
Completely ripped off!

Do not buy from this company! Total scam, they don’t send you what is advertised. It comes from China, cheap crap that you can’t use because of the 2 pronged plug. Just wish I had of seen the reviews before I purchased

Fake BS product, no instructions, they charged me twice each time I ordered. The product is not what the picture shows. It is not a steam iron, temperature is only 250•. It’s ridiculous, I tried to get a refund and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Not even worth one star, cannot do none would not work. Received cheap straighteners, definately not ones in video. Really are pretty crap, no wonder they are so cheap! Came with no instructions, not in box, in a padded jiffy bag. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The rates 0 stars. Fake company false advertising. After waiting over a month the sent a dome store item that is nothing as advertised. Has none of the features. Do not buy from this place. They talk lot in order not to give you the correct item or refund your money. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK FROM THIS DONA HAIR CO.

I placed an order for the Dona-Hair flat iron PRO and after 3 weeks it finally shipped. What I received was NOT what they advertise. I received a plain cheap, NO NAME BRAND plastic flat iron in a padded envelope. No invoice, no instructions, inserts, NOTHING! It did not heat well and definitely did NOT do its job as advertised. I emailed customer service who in turn tells me that due to high demand their main supplier was out of stock and had to use another supplier. So it means you scam customers into buying a NO NAME BRAND knock off product with poor quality? Dissapointed....DO NOT BUY

I hsve just received 2 cheap lookng istraighteners from this cheap site. Trying to find a way to return them. Really crappy make.

Wow! WIsh I had followed through with a search on this site,fake I paid for a PRO and received some cheap flat iron, look just like my others,sure kept my $$$$. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.😢😢😢😢☹☹☹☹☹😡😡😡😡😡

I wouldn't even give them one star rating. Girls please don't order from this company. Unfortunately I read the reviews too late as I had already placed the order. Even after emailing them numerous times they have still sent me a pile of crap!! Not what I ordered and they are absolutely rubbish.

This is Not the product they are advertising. Looks like something from the dollar store. Cheap plastic, not the shining product they show online and in demonstrations. SCAM!!!!

Sadly there is not a minus rating. I cancelled all orders with this company the day I ordered. 4th Aug 2020. I had accidently, (I presume) made additional orders, I meant to order a single hair straightener,  They informed me via email they were out of stock. So I cancelled the straighteners and the other products they claim I had ordered.  I actually said please cancel everything I have ordered from your company, I would have thought that was pretty clear. I have an email that says these products were cancelled and yet they still took payments. Then I get an email 26th Aug to say the product is being sent, so I cancelled again. I am so disappointed with this company.
Today I received a set of cheap hair straighteners in the post, I presume they are from Dona hair company, they look like something from the market, no box no invoice no return address. this is an inferior product.
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. Please beware DO NOT USE DONA HAIR.

Do not buy cheap plastic rubbish nothing like the advert if I would have seen this trust pilot I would never have brought them doesn't day on there site that they come from China and took 5 weeks and they don't refund

Omg clear and utter scam.

Took forever to come. They are nothing like the ones advertise. Some cheap £5 efforts if they are lucky. No box, instructions or uk plug. They don't heat up. I feel sick, this was meant to be a huge part of a Christmas present as money is so tight. I am embarrassed. I can not give them now and I fear who has my bank details now.

How many folk have looked at that advert and have been hoodwinked. It's on major platforms. Facebook. Instagram. Snapchat. World wide platforms. I am disgusted! They need to take action as tarnishing there name.

Ps wish I had looked at these reviews and not the ones on the website. Also wish I could post a picture on here to show you how bad they are. I intend to seem advice from authorities re fraud!

i ve asked for refund too...they told me no..as it s a sale item! I have emailed back as not happy. PLEASE can this company be removed!!!!

I wish I would of seen this site before. Cause I too was fooled. I received a plastic cheap and even looked used when I opened it. Wasn’t even in a plastic to protect the product it was in bubble wrap. I have tried calling and nothing. I have emailed them over and over and finally got something back but not good. They actually tried telling me that they only sell quality “ stuff. Yea ok quality bullcrap that is. I told them send me what was on that video and I will send you this crap back. ugh😡🤬

Got mine yesterday straightnerstacky cheap nothing like the ad not slimlinedno name dona hair on them was charged 9 pounds shipping which they stated free they are scratched plugged in went on at first went to try again today not working shouldn't be allowed to advertise a false product and get away with this ,Facebook needs to be told its a big scam no reply at complaint when email them as also lies money back now I'm worried cos when did complain they have my phone number omg .

If you see the Dona hair straightener ad and think “ wow that looks awesome I’m going to buy me one...” DON’T!!! It’s a piece of crap. It couldn’t straighten straight hair. It’s true what they claim though, it won’t damage your hair - BECAUSE IT DOESN’T GET HOT!! Lol. Their site says 15 day money back guarantee but when you contact them they say it’s not eligible because it’s a sale item. Oh yeah and when your checking out it asks if you would like the straightener for 19.99 instead of 29.99. Well of course I would! What your really getting is a second crappy straightener! I got scammed but don’t you!

DO NOT ORDER THESE STRAIGHTNERS THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED not in the slightest ,they tell you in emails (which I have saved) that they are the ones you see but they are cheap crap from china ,it may say USD and they use other suppliers but its a huge lie

The worst service I have ever had. I ordered 2 of their Brushes (which don’t work) but I only received 1 brush. I have been messaging them about the second brush for 2 months but they just keep going round in circles saying they were sent together. Also they advertise a 14 day money back customer satisfaction guarantee but came up with excuses when it told them the brush didn’t work and won’t let me return it.
