Purchased two shelves and brackets from this company. I made error on length I ordered. I noticed immediately and emailed the company. It was corrected with no issues. So with order in at 4pm shelves arrived at 9am next day. Very well packed with zero chance of damage and the shelves are perfect as are the brackets. No contact phone for Domli but they clearly monitor the chat and emails and reply promptly. Thanks

Great correspondence and easy to order, quick delivery. Will comment on worktops once in place

Very good product that is exactly as advertised, and great service with prompt delivery.

Great tops and delivery. Well packaged

Great service from first contact to last. Dealt with by Sam who was exceptional. Any questions dealt with within minutes. Got shelves delivered and they were exactly what we wanted. Extremely well packaged and next day delivery. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Easy to order on line. Table was delivered promptly and exceeds our expectations.

Beautiful desk and shelf

The work tops lovely, I chose the pre oiled and bought oil to do a second coat, a mix up with the delivery which was rectified on the day thankfully as I took a day off work

My order was delivered very quickly, good price and fit well.

Unfortunately I missed the delivery driver but he knocked on a neighbour s door and left it with them. I was so pleased as I was waiting on the delivery to finish my project!
The quality of the oak shelves was perfect, couldn't be happier!

Very swift, prompt service.

After sending an initial email asking about bespoke cutting for my worktops I was sent a quotation very promptly. After ordering I was given the opportunity to check my order. They arrived within 5 working days, delivered by polite and helpful drivers. They were well packed and are beautiful. Very highly recommended- thank you

It was so refreshing to be able to contact and speak to someone on the telephone, and so resolving the issue I had.

Easy website to navigate and place an order. Pricing is very good, some sites can appear cheaper but once you factor in shipping Domli is good value.
Definitely worth considering if you don't need a whole 3 metre length from your regular Kitchen supplier.
Impressed with the delivery from DX too as I have had bad experiences in the past. The Domli / DX SLA must be something!

Product was good.
Delivery was i two parts so i had to wait in another day.

So far we have only received one of the two packages we have the legs but no top. Your courier sent the top to a different location and we are now trying to track it down and have it delivered. We have no idea when it’s going to arrive.

Really impressed with this company, have ordered worktops from Various companies before. This has been the best:
-quick delivery
-good price
-packaged safely

Excellent on line experience. Plenty of choice. I received my shelf quickly and I'm so pleased with it. It's so lovely.

Great product, love the desk. Only reason not 5* was because the delivery person just left the two boxes in our open porch on a very rainy day, and didn’t even ring the doorbell. And we had stayed in specifically to receive the package.

Excellent, I contacted them for a custom order and they were very helpful with advice and it came exactly as ordered and very quickly. 2nd time using this company and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you
