Ordered a tag - charged my credit card. I've received no correspondence - ordered as a guest so can't log into an account. Very bad experience. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund for fraudulent charge on my card. I buy something almost everyday online - this is one of the worst customer experiences i've encountered.

The tags took 3 weeks to arrive as they are shipped from Switzerland according to the shipping label. I ordered the silver tag and the engraving is lighter than the tag, making it hard to read. The pictures on the site are misleading...they must be photoshopped because the engraving is definitely not that sharp. Also the free ring they send is tiny and flimsy. I suspect they don’t post the bad reviews on their website so hopefully anyone considering ordering from dogidtags.ca will see these reviews.

This site is a joke. The positive reviews must be written by their team (if they even have a team). You can tell by the speech pattern that it's the same person, and after several email exchanges with them, it looks very much like there's someone controlling these positive reviews.

I ordered from this site on September 26th, 2020. Tomorrow is Halloween, and I still haven't received anything. I found it odd that they don't send you a confirmation email or receipt after your payment clears, which fuelled my suspicion. I tried reaching out to them through their 'Contact Us' page, and just like everyone else on this review page, I never heard from anyone. I received an email last week from them asking me to review my purchase, so I gave them a 1 star review, stating of course, that they never sent me the actual item. It was only then that they finally responded, and said that they would send me the dog tag again "free of charge." When I agreed, they changed their tune and said that they 'kindly ask' that I pay the shipping fee. It isn't exactly "free of charge" now is it? When I told them that I reached out to them through their site, they claimed that they never received my messages and they kept asking me to forward it to them, which is impossible because the only way to reach them is through their 'Contact Us' page. Do not order from them. They are not Canadian, so don't let the .ca fool you. I've already reported the site, so if you or someone you know have been scammed by this company, file a complaint at the CAFC (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre) website. The more data they have on this fraudulent business, the better the chances sites like these can be flagged and removed.

If you want to purchase new tags every 8 weeks, this is your company!

Shipping takes forever - 6 weeks for me. There is no customer service whatsoever (unable to reach anyone). The tags wear out and are completely illegible after 4 months (started being difficult to read around the 2 month mark).

My dog is small and 14 years old. His favourite toy is still the one I got him when he was 8 weeks old. He is very slow moving, and not hard on anything.

Update end of October: Two months after we placed the order, the tags arrived in the mail. The company claims delivery takes two to three days (!)... I had tried to get in touch with customer service to see what was up, but I don't think customer service is a thing that exists. The tags themselves are ok - nothing to write home about. Go to your local pet store if you don't want to wait two months!

Thought we'd order our pet tags online, with CoViD and all... Chose this website based on their good reviews online, but this may have been a mistake. After some digging, it turns out their headquarters are either in Dubai or Switzerland or Gibraltar (check for example their return address), depending on where you check. It's been nearly a month and they took our money and no tags have arrived yet. I tried contacting them via their online form too, to no avail. This sounds like a scam to me, avoid if possible!

This site is a scam, save your money and go to a pet store.
Website promises delivery in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted them through their website. After 4 days of no response I tried again. After another 3 days of no response I contacted their email directly. I was then told to wait a full month (4+ times longer than promised) and then they would resend.

As far as I am concerned this website is a complete scam. They are not Canadian. Save your money.

I honestly love these tags!
They are such better quality then the ones you would buy from the local pet stores and Im so happy I took a chance and ordered.
Customer service has been absolutely amazing as well.
I live in Canada, shipping took a couple weeks but totally worth it!
