Found the service very efficient

Great experience. Very efficient. Was in bed very sick and was not able to go to GP. This service helped me so much

The GP never turned up and I waited 2 hrs!! Would not recommend this service. Complete rip off

I’ve used these guys twice now in the last 3 months. Once for myself and once just this evening for my son! Absolutely superb. My son was really ill… l couldn’t get out of office app for 3 hours!! 6 mins after my GP consultation I’m in the pharmacy collecting his prescription. Honestly 5 star service. Doctor was so kind, no back and forth, just to the point! Well worth the money!

Dr was very attentive & while I more or less had an idea what was wrong with me it was good to have it confirmed.
Why said Dr couldn't actually deal with the problem he advised me as to what my next move should be.

Easy to book and connect with the doctor, appointment did not have a long wait and prescriptions were called in immediately. I’m very grateful!

DOCTOR LIED ABOUT CALLING ME .Booked appointment for 7.30pm on 10/09/26. Logged into the link at 7.29. Was admitted to the waiting room. Was left waiting there for almost an hour. I emailed twice during this time for an update but no response. At 8.25, I decided to use another online provider so paid again as was necessary. A doctor with same surname (not sure about first name) logged on and had the consultation. I found it a little suspect. I asked him which provider he was calling from as I said I had paid for a different one. He confirmed the 8.30 consultation.

Today when I emailed to let doc online know what happened, they responded ‘as per our records, the doctor logged on at time of call and you advised you were being sorted by another provider’. This is complete lies. I got no call at 7.30pn
I am awaiting further response from Doconline.

Doctor could not diagnose my problem without personal consultation, so he said he would email me a Referral letter to go to local hospital, 24hrs later still No Email.

Fast and efficient

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the service was. Despite being over the phone Dr Abeer had great bedside manner and I felt looked after. Such a relief after being unable to get a GP appointment locally.

Everything about this experience was easy, effective and smooth. I made the appointment and saw the doctor within 15 minutes, told him my symptoms and he asked some pertinent questions. Luckily I’ve dealt this issue before so I was able to give a full story. He was patient , kind and incredibly helpful. He wrote me a script and sent it to a pharmacy about 10 minutes from my hotel. I walked over and picked it up. The whole transaction including the meds was under 50 Euros.
