It was very convenient and very good service

Doctor wasn’t empathetic. I had booked for a video consult but they called me over phone. And the call didn’t feel like they cared to ask proper diagnostic questions or hear the answers, or to provide genuine helpful consult and to give good treatment.

Would not recommend.

I’ve used this service multiple times for myself and my daughter whenever we needed an antibiotic asap, it’s so convenient and fast, never any issues and can always get an appointment within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Speedy, friendly service. Medication that was required we received within the hour rather than having to wait over a week to see the GP and almost half the price of Caredoc. Well recommended.

Appt easily and quickly organised. Doctor has reviewed information submitted. Call approximate 3 minutes and antibiotic given. I. Requested a video call but doctors camera was not on. Prescription emailed to local pharmacy

This is way better than sitting in a waiting room for 2 hrs. App real easy to use and appointments close together. I chose a phone call and call came in exactly on time. Lovely Doctor who listened and sent my prescription immediately to the pharmacy. So between the call,collecting my medication and getting home only took 40 mins. Would highly recommend this service and I will be using it again as my GP has a waiting list of 2/3 weeks.

Fantastic service as it is sometimes impossible to speak to your own family doctor, Dr Zara was very thorough and put my mind at ease. Prescription was emailed directly to my local pharmacy within minutes. Highly recommend. 🌟

Phone call was made within minutes of request and GP very professional friendly and kind would highly recommend as sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment with your own GP and so much more affordable.
