Excellent experience from beginning to end
Really smooth and simple experience from beginning to end. Joanne was great at explaining the contract and charges and helping me through the sign-up process. The card reader was dispatched quickly and arrived when they said it would, and I was kept updated all the way through the process.
Paula was then super helpful at getting me onboarded and giving me a tutorial on how to use the terminal.
Great teamwork all round and couldn't be happier with the service from DNA. The card reader is also a decent bit of kit, so 10 out of 10!
