Excellent sales team support
Ordering online was easy and this was supported by the sales staff. I spoke with them to clarify details and they gave very useful advice. It was clear that they know the products. The factory had a delay but I was notified that my order might be delayed as soon as they knew about it. In the end the delay was negligible.

Nice result
Natalia was able to provide me with helpful and
knowledgeable information regarding the panelling I wanted to order when I spoke to her on their number provided. Unfortunately the different specs were not provided on the website so I had to call in order to clarify what I needed - the only reason I give 4 instead of 5. Otherwise very good service and delivery after roughly 10 days. The panel sizes and shapes were pretty much identical too..nice result.

Hi Anton
Many thanks for awarding us 4 stars in your very positive review of your experience buying from us, DIY Homefit.
It was great to hear your positive comments such as 'very good service and delivery' and it's clear that, overall you are very happy with the service you received.
I can only apologise that we don't show the very precise specifications of the detail on the doors (such as panel size, depth and width of the routing etc.) This is because we have tried to include sufficient detail that is generally needed for our customers whilst not overloading them. In any event, as you discovered my team is very knowledgeable on all our products and are there to answer the 'phone, in person and help you.
Finally I'm delighted to hear that the Newport panel your ordered turned out to be pretty much identical to your existing furniture, so good job done!
We look forward to hearing from you again in the future, should the need ever arise.
Kind regards

Hi Gary
Thank you for awarding us 5 stars in your review of your recent experience buying your made to measure wardrobe doors from us, DIY Homefit. Such positive feedback is very much appreciated by me and my team.
I'm sorry you experienced a delay in the processing of your order, caused by a mechanical breakdown of a key machine in the factory. Indeed it caused a two week delay in your delivery. Thankfully we don't experience this too often but it's one of those things that is out of our control. However, as your experience shows, we always do keep our customers fully informed of the situation and make every effort to expedite all orders as soon as possible.
I'm delighted to hear that you are clearly very pleased with the bespoke wardrobe doors and that you felt that they were worth the wait.
I wish you many years of pleasure from your purchase.

Superb service, yet again.
DIY Homefit made me a pair of two drawer chests for the bedroom. I was able to choose the exact match of the wood finish to go with the existing furniture, so that made the finished chests tie in perfectly. Height and size was up to me and fitted the space perfectly. Timing and price was great too. This is the second time I've used them and they do a lovely job and the service over email and phone is superb.

A highly recommendation for DIY Homefit
I can't recommend DIY Homefit highly enough—definitely a 5-star supplier! From start to finish, their service has been absolutely spectacular. They’re professional, reliable, and everything they do is handled with care and precision. Every part of the process was smooth, on time, and the quality of their materials is outstanding.
What really sets them apart is how they handle issues. On the rare occasion something comes up, they address it the same day without any fuss. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and making sure every project turns out perfectly.
A special shoutout to Wendy, who truly goes above and beyond. Her patience seems endless, her attention to detail is incredible, and she has this rare, caring approach that makes you feel like your project is as important to her as it is to you. She’s an absolute gem and really raises the bar for customer service.
If you’re looking for high-quality materials, top-notch service, and a team that actually listens and delivers, DIY Homefit is the one to go for. Thank you, Wendy and the team—you’ve made this experience a pleasure!

Overall a good experience
Very good interaction with DIY Homefit after placing my order, they called to go through the list of items to check I'd not missed anything and to make sure I understood how the delivery process. The carcasses, doors and tops all arrived independently from different suppliers but they all matched perfectly. Putting them together was fairly straightforward. The only reason I've not awarded 4 stars is because one of the tops was slightly damaged due to poor delivery and because it was not noticed until I unpacked 5 days later it was too late to ask for a replacement.
