Easy to order, good product, really quick delivery. Very happy with my prescription mask and snorkel. Was very pleased the prescription lenses were inserted for me.

Item was received by the date I was told although I only received a message on the day to say it was being delivered which meant I had to leave work early

Really helpful, patient, honest and knowledgeable staff/owners every time. Never sell you anything you don't need. I have had alot of help and advice when buying equipment.

Great customer service rang a couple of times for advice very helpful and received my order the following day.

I made a mistake on my order for delivery as I required my item next day delivery as I was going on holiday within a few days of the item being delivered and wanted to make sure I had ample time to return the item and get a replacement before I left.
So called the store early the next morning to get it sorted before they shipped my item.
The help I got was second to none, not only did the chap at the store help me out with delivery he also got one of the other chaps that is virtually the same size as me to try on the item I was buying to make sure it would fit and lessen the chances of me needing a replacement and not getting it on time before I left for holiday.
He also called me in the afternoon on the same day to tell me that I should have no problem with the size and the item was being shipped that day.
This store in my opinion has gone above and beyond what they are required to do for a customer and I would personally recommend them to anyone great communication and Customer service

Ordered a full face mask on Friday arrived on Saturday, 5 * service!

Good products but dosnt come with much written product information. Probably available online anyway. Delivery was quick and sufficient but not excessive packaging. I look forward to trying the set out.

Good medium size company. During whole process we felt exactly as described themselves in their website; [the business is still family run and we continue to offer the same unparalleled quality of customer care and service]. Chris answered all our questions about the snorkeling equipment patiently before and after we purchased our fins and goggles. (not like big call center representatives disrespectful seller jargon).
I advise check all brands they supplied one by one to find good quality of product you want to buy. *Actually we previously bought Italian brand fins and goggles from another supplier they did not last more than one summer holiday. We feel TUSA brand USA made one's wil last longer (we have just tried them in Bali today they were way better than Italian ones).
If you are detail checker kind of a buyer, you may find surprising genuine discount if you carefully check on and out of their website.
The delivery of our goggles and fins made with well packaged box safe and quick as promised.
I personally believe that, if you prefer to make purchase from Diving Direct type local-regional-national small/medium sized companies, you can prevent giant multinational companies to becaome increasingly monopoly in the market. (You know which companies I am talking about).

The staff (especially Chris) were excellent is dealing with a delivery issue that was the fault of the courier (not Diving Direct). Chris was professional & very helpful in trying to resolve the issue with the courier. He also cared enough to keep me updated to ensure I did receive my delivery.
