Had 2 glass units spent over £1200 one…

Had 2 glass units spent over £1200 one glass door panel had bad scratch 2 days over there 14 day policy bare in mind weekend so actually on time they refused to replace the 1 panel as 2 days over. 2nd glass display was put together on Thursday finished Friday no one to take call Saturday so reported today they won’t budge on just a replacement 😳 said to buy stuff to try to fix scratch seriously awful customer service will not recommend to anyone as £1200 is a lot of money do not use as if any parts are damaged they will refuse to replace it

Heavy duty rail 4ft wide by 7ft high

Send you broken products very bad service

I bought two barrier poles over six weeks ago for an event that I’m having in July unfortunately I didn’t open the packages as display sense guided and normally you don’t have to ring up and tell that the product they sent you has been smashed to pieces and all you can get is one pole out of the floor that actually looks okay and works. Regardless whether It was over 14 days the fact of the matter is they’re sending awful Products clearly break into to pieces The fact that they’re not even Willing to even make a good gesture definitely a company I will stay away from what a waste of money thrown down the drain I would avoid at all costs bad service bad products They sell a lot cheaper elsewhere also and they’re probably made better than what they charge here.

Can't fault this company!
I somehow fell upon this site when looking for clothes rails. I saw the reviews on here were mostly good, so decided to go for it. No regrets. The 2 clothes rails arrived within 2 days I think. I assembled them this weekend, very easy and sensible structure. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken either - I thought I would add that as apparently others experiences may differ. I did buy rather cheap rails, so was not expecting too much, but they are really good, sturdy clothes rails and lovely to look at. The wood for the shelving is great quality. Will definitely be using this company again. Thanks so much.

Impossible to find customer services and a human.

Ordered some really basic products a week ago or more. Nothing arrived, and no way of contacting a human being on their website which would indicate they have not even been despatched. No emails no comms nothing. The FAQs just send you around an a never ending maze of non-information. The phone line takes you through the same FAQs and then cuts you off once you select the issue of concern. No option to speak to anyone just leave a message for a callback whenever. Where is my order? Ordered from them in the past without issue. Shall I go through this charade again or just use someone else? You guess guys.

Broken glass

I ordered 3 wall cabinets. 2 were fine but 1 had broken glass. Shauna at Customer Services was excellent and replaced it immediately. Unfortunately the replacement glass was also damaged. Due to the complexities of the system I had to have a refund and reorder. Shauna arranged for both and ensured that the replacement was extra securely wrapped and a different delivery company was used. Very impressed. All cabinets look great now.

Not durable quality, lasted a few months

Purchased a new pavement sign about 3 months ago. It broke in half because of some slight wind. Not durable at all for British weather. Bad customer service.

Bought 2 identical cabinets

Bought 2 identical cabinets, however, they don’t match. One doesn’t have holes cut out of the tracking down the side that enable you to screw in light fittings so we have had to try and blu- tac lights in place. Also one of the lights was faulty with wires cut so had to disconnect it to enable rest of the lights to work. Most annoying to discover that the cabinets come flat packed for us to make, at no stage on web site does it state this. At the price paid we fully expected the cabinets to be delivered made already - this should have been clear before purchase. Really not happy and would definitely not use Displaysense again.

I ordered a pavement sign

I ordered a pavement sign, and it didn't last that long. As one of the screws was loosened, and I emailed you guys on the 5th of February. You requested pictures, and I realised the screw went missing (not a surprise, it must blow up on the street); I sent photos, and I didn't receive a reply since then. .. I'm very unhappy as the sign isn't straight and it looks awful.

Avoid Displaysense…

Awful customer service that has left our school frustrated and significantly inconvenienced. Ordered a display cabinet in Aug ready for Oct, nothing arrived. After much chasing we were constantly given shifting dates and it finally arrived in Jan. However, upon assembling it was found to have a number of damaged sections and here issues arose. Returning is almost impossible, the help desk give stock answers and replacement parts failed to arrive, again, and without explanation. Awful to deal with, consistently poor at meeting deadlines and we wish we had gone with anybody but this company. The cabinet is unusable, and apparently we cannot return it and customer service appears to be non existent.
