Terrible. I'm having to send this hugely over priced low quality item (price cubes) because all I got was 100 £ sighs no numbers for a total with postage of over £50 so I have to return but as well as paying for the postage I have to pay for the restocking of a small plastic bag . It's not a display cabinet how hard can it be

Firstly, I’d like to explain why your order contained only 100 “£” symbols and no other characters. The product you selected, the “Extra Nouvelle Mini Price Cubes,” is specifically described on our website as:
“These extra packs are usually purchased to top up existing Nouvelle Mini price cube kits.”
As outlined on the product page, this item is meant as an add-on rather than a standalone kit. Additionally, before adding the item to your basket, you would have been prompted to select which extra symbols you wanted for existing kits. We apologise for any confusion caused, but this information is presented to ensure customers make informed purchases.
Regarding our returns policy, as the item was ordered incorrectly rather than being damaged or incorrect, we are unable to cover the return shipping cost. This is consistent with our returns policy, which is detailed on our website. However, we encourage customers to use the most cost-effective return method available. I can see that the goods have been returned, and your refund has already been processed promptly.
I also want to address your concern regarding a restocking fee. Please rest assured that no restocking fee will be applied in this situation. The mention of a restocking fee in our policy refers to cases where items are not returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return. As long as a return is completed within this timeframe (which yours has), this fee does not apply.
