Bought a Seiko Spirit for an amazing price. About 150€ including sales tax in my country.

The watch arrived within 10days as promised. Customs held it for 1 day more until they got my tax payment.

The burgundy red watch looks and feels incredible on the wrist and it came in a nice box with tags and all the papers.

I got a tracking number within a day of the purchase and it was well protected in the package.

The complaints here seems more like they haven’t bought anything from across the world before.

My experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I will be placing another order again soon.

And since this watch is only sold in Japan I have a pretty unique watch at a good price.

Very fast delivery to Switzerland, I ordered a beauty device Ya-Man, seems to be original

This site is a scam. You pay for the order and then they cancel the order saying the product is out of stock and they won't refund the money.

The Description was wrong and was selling originally 8 boxes and then turned around and said only one box, cancelled my order and never got a refund from him, said he had given but but I never got a refund notice from paypal so I had get paypal to open a dispute, never paid me back! Also charges a handling fee just to touch the goods which I have never seen in my life. Plus tax and then takes all your money and cancels with no refund. My daughter is very unhappy now!

I ordered two watches and I received NONE.
10 months and counting trying to reach out to anyone regarding this matter and no response.

My first time ordering from discovery Japan. Bad experience. After making payment, there was no order confirmation and shipment tracking number. A few days later, they asked for more payment for shipping, claiming the size of item is large. The new total made the item much more expensive than purchased from other sites. The delay caused will mean someone not getting their present on time. Not recommended. I will not buy from Discovery Japan Mall ever again.

Poor customer service , The gshock arrived uncharged despite my request to fully charge prior to shipping to confirm if battery was charging , No regards to customer care ,

Beware of there Description, they sold me a Seiko SRPG39 Made In Japan watch and showed a SPRG39J1 in there advert which clearly shows Made In Japan on dial but they supplied a SRPG39K1, I know they are both actually made in Malaysia but the one with Made In Japan uses Japanese Supervision and carries a higher price and to Collectors who only buys Made in Japan watches find the K versions worthless, also they do not supply International Warranty so you would need to ship back to Japan at your own cost and wait 3 months for any repair

They sell not authentic fake products. I ordered refa from them and paid a lot for delivery to Europe and customs fees and the product has lots of scratches the card looks fake and there are a huge hole on the product itself this is crazy

Compre un seiko srpe63k1 y lo he recibido en una caja sin anagramas de seiko sin manual de usuario y sin la tarjeta de garantia debidamente sellada. Compre en esta web pensando que siendo de Japon recibiria un servicio serio y ha sido muy pobre llegando a pensar que el seiko enviado puede ser una replica no original. He quedado decepcionado pues he reclamado por mail y todavia no me han contestado.

Very happy with what I ordered (Mitsubishi coloured pencils, Posca pens etc.). I placed my order from the UK on 13th October 2023 and received everything by 26th October (it was in 2 shipments, the first half I received the day before). I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Just a note, I didn't receive email updates until my choice of courier received my items, but I was able to view regular updates on my online account.

Ordered a large Pokemon plush on 12/15/22 and received it on 12/21/22. The packaging was well-done and the plush came in perfect condition. The delivery time was really quick, with the order being delivered about a day after being shipped. However, the processing time was a bit slower, taking a few days, but that might just be due to when I ordered it. As for the ordering process, it was really simple and straightforward.

Overall, really satisfied with my experience and I'm glad I ordered from here.

It's the real deal! Bought a Splatoon character plush and it arrived in a week! The items are all legit aswell, exactly as the picture showed! Only problem is that shipping is not included in the advertised price.

Bought a JDM seiko from this site. Was initially skeptical due to low reviews. But decided to try anyway as many youtubers recommended this site. The watch arrived in perfect condition with proper packaging. It only took 5 days to arrive. If youre buying an item, please note that the price advertised doesnt include shipping and import taxes.

they advertised an item as $118 on line, then said that it would be billed in Japanese yen so may be different due to their exchange rate. Luckily I went on PayPal which showed the exchange rate of what they were charging to be $440!!! needless to say I did not purchase the item.

Discovery Japan Mall is the real deal, I ordered a Casio G Shock and got it in about 8 days delivered to my address in California from Japan. Price is cheaper versus buying on Ebay for example, and product is of course genuine GA-100RS-2AJF rock edition, highly recommended shop, thanks!!!!
