Excellent Service.

We had a problem on arrival, Dollar had our booking as cancelled on their system, all they could offer me was a new deal at $175 / day, I declined and contacted DFCH via e mail, I wasn't expecting a reply as it was 22.30 hrs in the UK and my travelling partner was not feeling very well. We jumped an Uber and went to out accommodation. By the time we had checked in there was an e mail from DFCH, we agreed a plan of action and in the morning I grabbed another Uber and headed to the airport and collected a car. DFCH covered the cost of the Ubers. I was impressed by their response to our situation and will be using them in the future.

This company just keeps getting better. I've been using DFCH for years and much of the contact was direct with Andy. Major benefits of this company are

Discount Florida car hire is such a fantastic company I will definitely be using them again for my next trip, and recommending them to others. The whole process of booking a hire car was easy I also had extra protection with it. Whenever I had a query the team responded back straight away, and the fact that they send you a sat Nav at no extra cost is a nice bonus a sweet gesture. It was easy sending the sat Nav back, and I also had no problems at Florida the car hiring from beginning to end was smooth which is always a worry when being in another country abroad. I have recently had 2 bookings with this company for car hire in Orlando.

The first one was for my dad who stupidly forgot to take him driving licence with him which resulted in a lot of chaos. Andy went above and beyond to try and help resolve the situation , so much so that he was in contact with alamo in the us at the airport and continually kept me in the loop. We ended up being able to keep the car hire, change the name on the booking etc and then collect the car with no further issues.

The second booking which was for myself went without any hitches and covered absolutely everything that I was told it would. It was completely hassle free and was a very good price. We took advantage of the free sat nav and I have to say this was a godsend. It was posted out the week before we flew out, was here in plenty of time, was already set up and took a lot of stress out of being a first time driver in the us. The sending back of the sat nav was exactly the same an envelope was provided and I sent this back without any issues.

Overall from booking to using the car hire service was exceptional customer service and Andy went above and beyond particularly in the first booking. Andy also done his best to get me the best price which was highlighted when I found my booking cheaper elsewhere and they matched it. I would not hesitate to book with this company again ! It was a great experience from the first email to returning the sat nav. Thanks once again to the company.

We travel to the US every couple of years and I have to say this time the car hire booking was by far the smoothest. The whole process was so easy, from the initial price and hire company comparisons, booking confirmation to car pick up. The addition of a free (you just pay for postage) sat nav was an added bonus. Thank you Andy, the Orlando Facebook recommendations were spot on.

I ordered an SUV again and this was smooth as ever considering changes to Florida since I last visited (2017). The instructions that Discount Florida Car Hire provided in advance meant that I could use a self-service kiosk and avoid the unnecessary need to speak to an agent whose main aim is to add extra $$$ to your bill!

The fact that the company allows you to book in advance and pay in instalments was an added bonus - plus they kindly provide a SAT Nav (at a very small nominal charge) which made it so stress-free.

I will be booking again through them when I revisit Florida next year.

Absolutely incredible service from Andy. He helped me with my initial booking, ammending it accordingly to suit my requirements and keep the cost down etc, sent me a fantastic satnav (£15 for 2 weeks sat nav hire, So cheap!) complete with pre paid envelope to return it in, etc. The whole experience was flawless.
I've used other rentals prior to this holiday but after being recommended Andy at Discount Florida car hire and having a great experience, I will now only ever use this company.

Excellent service, answered emails quickly. Lots of information was given so when we collected the car we didn’t pay any extra fees. Very helpful organising picking up car from Hard Rock Hotel then returning it back to Orlando International Airport. Just paying £15 to hire the Sat Nav was good it arrived well in advance of us going on holiday.
