Had a very good experience just recently after ordering from Dirt store. The package was returned to sender after 3 failed attempts to deliver. The courier company was very unhelpful and I was unable to collect from the depot ( Mon to Fri only!!)
Dirt store re sent the package using a different courier and I received it next day. Customer service was very helpful and informative which is lacking these days generally. Am very happy with the product and will not hesitate to use them again.

Sizes and recieved an email back first thing next morning, with general size guide and offer of a call to discuss best sizes for him height weight etc! such a personal service for an online shop.
