Good choice of designs and colours
Good choice of designs and colours. We opted for a sage colour splashback to match our kitchen decor and it looks awesome. Easily fixed to the wall using the supplied adhesive. I am very happy with the service and product.

Damaged splashback received awful service
Badly damaged splashback received from direct splashbacks. Dispatch time was shockingly bad. There was A very large chip the full length of one edge. Corners were damaged. Their solution was to send me touch up paint or for me to buy a replacement at a discounted price. They said it could have happened in transit and because I hadn’t opened and inspected it within 48 hours they couldn’t claim damages from the transport company. But there were no pieces of glass in the box. Just the damaged splashback. We probably buy close to 100 splashbacks in a year as we are in the kitchen business. I’ve Never had any problems before from other suppliers. This was the first and last time we use direct splashbacks

Thank you for your review.
I'm really sorry we couldn't come to an agreement about your glass splashback.
All our splashbacks are inspected for quality prior to dispatch by a member our production team. We do ask that all items are checked within 48 hours of delivery. This ensures we can process the appropriate claims/chargebacks with the courier. This is stated in our terms and conditions that you agreed to at the point of sale.
Unfortunately, you didn't notify us of any damage until 21 days after delivery. Therefore, we were unable to accept any claims for damage.
Most items can be fully inspected in around 60 seconds and any item that is reported as damaged within 48 hours will be replaced without question.
As a gesture of goodwill we offered to either replace the splashback for a discounted price or send you some free touch up paint to rectify the damage.
Regarding your comment on dispatch time - we do state clearly on our website that all custom sized splashbacks are dispatched within 15-20 working days. Your order was dispatched within 17 working days falling within our quoted lead time.

Fantastic product with great customer service
Ordered a replacement glass splashback in a custom colour to replace a damaged panel. Very happy with it, and the price was so competitive. Great customer service too, I had a question about installation which was quickly answered in full.

Was scared about ordering stuff like online, shouldn't have been
Placed an order with Direct Splashbacks after getting a recommendation from a friend. There is a huge variety of styles and designs, and I ended up going with a copper geometric tile-style option, which really makes the kitchen “pop” in contrast to the white walls. It arrived in pristine condition and went on with adhesive without issue. Looks terrific, and I can’t believe how EASY it all was – plus it was significantly cheaper than the one quoted by the kitchen fitter. Delighted with the product and service I received. If you’re getting your kitchen done, save yourself the hassle and just order your splashback from these guys!

Brilliant company and customer support
Brilliant company and customer support. Placed an order for a complex colour glass splashback with socket holes and various notches. Direct Splashbacks got in touch with me minutes after I placed my order to confirm all the details. The splashback turned up within the quoted turnaround time and was really well packaged. The quality is excellent and looks amazing in our new kitchen. Very impressed and highly recommend.
