Good, quick replacement for mislaid specs.
Very quick and efficient and staff very helpful. I dropped a star because there is a tiny bit of product intruding into the lens space - and one of the lenses pops out a tad too easily.

Glasses arrived bent, frames poor quality
Good news. My glasses arrived 3 days after ordering them, very fast. Not paid for special/ fast delivery! What a nice surprise. However the bad news; as opening the box the glasses were in this small plastic bag and the glasses arrived very bent! I've tried them on they look rather daft on me I rather not risk trying to fix them or going to an opticians in case they break. But not going to lie, I am a bit horrified on the lack of packaging. Also I noticed the nose pads on these metal frames are so close together and further speculation the frames, they aren't actually nice quality frames.
Its Sunday customer team not available; I've requested a return but I'm very concerned I won't get my full refund because I have only read they only refund frames not the prescription - which is in my opinion sneaky and cheeky and just scammy. If that's their policy do not shop here. Use Glasses Direct or Vision Express, you will get full refund even for glasses not suiting you.
I've used Vision Express and Glasses Direct and have had a full refund when I just change my mind and no fuss full refunds.

These are my first ever varifocals
These are my first ever varifocals, and I'm really pleased. I have an astigmatism in both eyes, and I have to check lot numbers all day at work, so I needed a pair of glasses that I could wear all the time and walk around in, while being able to look down and check the numbers every few steps. These are just what I needed.
