Fantastic company! On delivery DHL dented my trolley. I called and spoke to Chris who arranged to send me out a new trolley same day to be delivered the next day. I could not ask for better service. Will definitely be ordering again.

Recently ordered a UV steriliser for my dog grooming business. The product was good value, and delivery was quite quick considering it was a bank holiday.

The worst company, beware from this company. I ordered neck cushion REM for my backwash, the neck cushion that I received it's not from REM, it unbranded, and I doesn't fit all. They keep 15% of the product cost and the price of delivery. Be ware the are scammers

Ordered two Spiral Hair Dryer Holders from this website, however upon receiving the items, I realised they are way too long and will not fit my dressing table, so decided to return them. Upon contacting Direct Salon Furniture, I was told they charge 15% restocking fee as per terms and conditions. This is not made clear at ordering stage and most probably hidden in some fine print, which is not ok. In a world where you can return anything except for underwear and earrings without any penalties, this is not ok on any level. Very disappointing service.

As a self employed massage therapist, investing in an electric massage couch was a huge investment for me and I cannot rate Direct Salon Furniture highly enough! Karen and Carl were super helpful. The delivery company they work with were fantastic. The couch itself was so easy to get up and running and it’s of a really high quality. 5 stars - would very much recommend!

Terrible customer service. Was ignored, fobbed off and was spoken to rudely. Surprised there still in business with a total lack of customer care. Was told I was getting the part I ordered (over 8 weeks of waiting) free of charge for being messed around then that was taken back away! Would not recommend.

Just over a year ago we brought the Beauty Spa Pipeless Pedicure station Chair Relaxion. We are a small Salon so any purchase of this type is a big commitment and it was taken with careful consideration of the reviews given for this supplier. A few weeks ago unfortunately the water discharge motor failed and we could no longer use the chair. We contacted DIR service and they immediately reacted and with a personal touch replaced the faulty motor. I can't thank them enough and really happy I found a company that is as good as their word. This is difficult to find these days and highly recommended

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical of ordering from this company due to the lack of reviews or information on the web. However I decided to order a sara hydraulic beauty coach from them, their website said 7-14 working days delivery and on the 7th day I was contacted and the delivery date was arranged, then on the chosen day my shiny new chair arrived in great condition and packaged well.

Props to Carl and Joseph who were both quick to respond to every query I had and did so in a polite and professional manor.

Will definitely use again when I need some additional furniture.

so pleased with this company. I ordered an electric beauty bed, the delivery was very quick and customer service is great. will definitely be returning!
