Great product
Great product, just what I needed. I had an email to say what I had purchased would be delayed or I could have an upgrade at no extra cost to myself. The stool arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and has provided the much needed perching.

A great service yet again
A great service yet again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Chris Bennett is so helpful and my couch was delivered, installed and old one taken away by 2 really helpful guys. Delivered exactly when they said it would be which was crucial as was in between clients. Excellent company and customer service too. Highly recommend.

Best service experience!
Amazing Service from Chris at DIR. When I looked to upgrade my salon was basins Chris made the whole process really easy and stress free. I was told by so many other suppliers that what I wanted to purchase would not arrive for 6 weeks and that it was not their side it was the manufacturers who could not deliver!
when I found DIR and spoke to Chris he took all the information, checked with REM and assured me the basins would be with me guaranteed within the time frame I was aiming for.
Everything arrived on time and Chris emailed me to check that delivery had been organised, received and I was happy. He even provided complimentary neck rests which was a really nice touch.
I have had my salon for 23 years and my first time experience with DIR is the best by far and I will only be trusting them with my salon requirements from now on.
