They will not allow a family member to get a loan with Captain Cash because I owe them money that is a part of a consumer proposal that they have agreed to over 4 years ago!!!! When I send emails to clear up this issue for my family member they do not respond. How do they hold this power. Different incomes, different account DIFFERENT PERSON. I will be sending a formal complaint to the BBB on Diamond Financial as well as Captain Cash.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. If you decide to take a loan from Diamond Financial, then make sure to THOROUGHLY read the agreement since they're a bunch of frauds

1. They will add a "brokerage fee" which adds a ridiculous 50% to your loan amount (regardless of the term of the loan). This fee is on top of the 32% yearly fee, and this makes them 3.5 times more expensive than a PAYDAY loan.
2. They will take the money out of your bank account on an arbitrary day PRIOR to your payday, just because they want to. If you haven't yet received your paycheck because your payday is after the day they withdraw the funds, then you might incur NSF fees of $48 week after week.
3. They will start ignoring your emails at one point, making any resolution impossible.

People in the customer service are unprofessional, immature and stubborn. They're unwilling to find a solution/compromise. Getting a refund for the NSF fees which are their fault is not an option. The arrogant fools won't cooperate.

I was advised to sue them in a small claims court.
