HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & TECH SUPPORT
I signed up for this credit card processing company because the owners (Danny and Mike) appeared to be nice and seemingly knowledgeable. I was wrong! They played the bait-and-switch game with me. The minute I signed up, that's when they no longer were nice nor knowledgeable. They constantly have personal excuses as to why they could not return a voicemail or email. Mike was actually washing dishes once when I phoned him. He could not assist me in installing my credit card processing terminal that I had just received in the mail from him. He was apathetic about how I would install it. He said that Danny isn't available because he was celebrating his deceased mother's birthday. They could not answer MOST of my questions because they don't know the answers and they don't care! They've only owned the business a couple of years and still don't understand what good customer service and technical support is all about. ***CONSUMERS BEWARE***
