Diamond engineer contacted us to state was on their way and arrived within 30 minutes. Carried out a through service which identified a sticking 3 way valve which they rectified and showed me how to prevent the problem reoccurring.
Engineer was polite, professional and tidy during visit.

So we decided to have a solar installation done and we chose Diamond Green based on their salespersons initial information and pitch to me. Cameron was very clear as to what the process was and what we needed with hardware et cetera and the timeframe it will take to complete.
And then had some dealings with Brian who did the survey and was very clear about how the process worked again that backed up my feeling that I’ve chosen the best company to do my install.
We also spoke to Hassan who discussed a few of the more technical side of things and also spoke to Sam who advises when our scaffolding would be going up and coming down.
I also had dealings with Louise one of the director of the company and being at service people we all had an understanding about disciplined and a time scale they would be.
On the day of the install Dave Baker arrived he was really good and I forget the fella’s name did the roof but he was just as good explaining what they were doing in what they were using. They were quite happy for me to stand and watch what they were doing because I was interested on how it all worked. They arrived at about 9 o’clock in the morning. There was an unloading period where materials turned up and then they cracked on got the job done on. I believe they were finished probably by about 4 o’clock and then which time they then had to travel back from Somerset to Hampshire which extended their day but they were happy that I was happy with the job before they left.
I would highly recommend using Diamond Green to anybody that is looking for an install and a very happy with my Sigen system and solar panels.

I love that you get a message the night before giving a 4 hour slot for the engineer visit and then on the day of the visit you get a message when the engineer is on their way and an arrival time.
The engineers are totally professional and do a great job. The boiler service in July highlighted a necessary repair and a replacement part. That job was done today. I thoroughly recommend them xx

Always simple to organise my annual boiler service, you arrange a day and then you are given a time slot for the engineer. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently.
