We recently had our air-conditioning installation carried out. The engineers arrived on time and all of the guys were polite and professional. The team walked through the installation making sure that I was happy with the equipment location and the install process.

Care was taken when working on our property. All internal areas being worked on were treated with the utmost care and all floor areas were covered. The install went smoothly and was carried out to the highest of standards. Clear operation instructions were given before the engineers left and at no time did I feel rushed to sign the work off.

This is not the first time I have used the company. They have installed our solar and battery system and our air source heat pump. What keeps me going back is the competitive pricing and the excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Mathieu was very knowledgeable with the solar panels and the battery he advised that would be best for my home. The installation crew were very efficient and left my home as it was. I am very impressed by the company and have asked them to put in air conditioning as well.

We booked Diamond Green to replace our aging heating and water system which had been in the house probably for the entirety of the life of it. The old boiler was great, gave us the right pressure throughout the house and enabled two showers to be used at once without loss of pressure or temperature. The only issue we always had was the hot water pressure in the kitchen. Being a large house and with our requirements we were recommended a system boiler with a large water cylinder. The estimate was that replacing the current system would take three and a half days and work was to commence this Monday just gone. Drew the engineer arrived with his apprentice Jaydon and I will say from start to finish they were clean, tidy and got the work done without any fuss. Inside three days. We were without hot water for just one day and heating for two days. They have done a magnificent job and housed the new boiler and cylinder in a tall double cupboard in our utility room. The pressure throughout the house has actually improved, and the kitchen tap now has the same pressure as elsewhere. And we can still use both showers without any loss of pressure or temperature. All the boxes ticked. I would recommend Diamond Green every time. Well done Drew and Jaydon. And as an additional note on Jaydon. This young man is only 16, started his apprenticeship just six weeks ago. He should be very proud of his work ethic and how he conducts himself.

Matthew went above and beyond to change a pump and service our aircon. Returning to our house the same day to fit the correct unit.

This company is fantastic. Been with them for 6 years. They fitted and regularly service our boiler. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Couple of days ago needed a new pressure relief valve. I was looking to get a new air conditioning through out the market and approached multiple random agencies and people then I found diamond green energy ltd near Asda Fareham their services was fully satisfied and brilliant customer satisfaction and customer service by Luke one of engineers from the team and the team is also excellent they done the work on time and most good part was the were very affordable and they got a good knowledge about what they doing and did that perfectly I fit 4 air conditioning indoors fully satisfied with their services . The final part was I realised if we got the great company that we always rely on and also following up to them if any maintenance work or refresh needed . Highly recommend to their services

Great service throughout the entire process. Great comms, with a lovely and efficient customer service team. The units look great and are going to make such a difference next summer. Really nice installation teams over two days and great electrician, a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing seemed too much trouble, from the initial enquiries until the job was finished. Really pleased.

The appointment was easy to book and the service was carried out very efficiently. Due to gas pipe laying in our road, vehicle access to our house was not possible but Drew, the engineer, and his apprentice overcame this, saving us from having to re-book, and did a very good job. Thanks to them.

The whole process was handled professionally, the installation team was efficient and tidy, and everything was explained clearly. What impressed me especially was the attention to detail after the installation - they even arranged for a separate company to come and collect all the rubbish and packaging, leaving everything clean and organised.

From the purchase of the boiler through to its installation six days later everything was stress free. Mark, the installer did a great job and explained everything I needed to know very clearly and concisely. This Company is fully recommended.

It was easy to book the Service for the gas boiler. I was messaged the night before to tell me when the engineer would be coming the next day. And on the day you get last-minute tracking right to the door. Service was done efficiently, and everything left clean and tidy.
