Would highly recommend DeWaldens with a special mention for Grace from their team who went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service and making sure we got everything we were looking for. We don't live anywhere near the pram centre but it was the only place in the UK that actually had the items we needed in stock. Grace was always speedy to respond to any questions over email or to phone to make sure we were happy, and the personal touch was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend purchasing from the centre and getting in touch with them with any questions - really nice to deal with actual people who care rather than chatbots!

First class
Visited Dewaldens twice whilst shopping for a pram, the girls were so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. They answered all our questions and put us at ease that we were making the right choice. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere for nervous first time parents that didn't know what we were looking for. Thank you!

Grace was very helpful
Grace was very helpful, I was so undecided and I wanted to know how easy it was to fold it down and put it back up for the car, she was able to help me and gave me some of her advice as well and was very patient because I couldn’t decide what I wanted. The prams are reasonably priced so I highly recommend dewaldens and I will be back in the future if baby number 2 comes, thank you

The customer service I received was second to none. I feel as if they got to know us not just on a retail level.but on a personal one x lthey spoke to us by our names and nothing was a bother for them x this is the second time we have dealt with Dewaldens regarding a pram purchase. Unfortunately the first time things had a tragic ending and the staff particularly Ross handled this in a very caring compassionate way so I had no hesitations to deal with him again x well done Dewaldens I will recommend you to everyone i know
