This company is a scam. I bought a devotional jar and 2 surprise gifts. When I received the items the jar was tiny and the surprise gifts looked like trinket trash. When I ordered the site said Free Returns; however, when I contacted them via email they said they did not have a return policy. They offered to give me a 50% refund if I agreed to keep the items. I declined and asked for an address to return the items. They gave me an address; however, when I asked why I was billed an additional charge of $39.95, they said it was for a membership. I never signed up nor authorized a membership. They said both charges would not be removed but they would cancel the membership for future billings. Also, they said to disregard the address they previously provided to return the items to. They have no return policy so if I mail them back, they will just be returned to me at my expense.

I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

This company is a SCAM!! I ordered 3 of the necklaces with the crown of thorns around the cross, and ended up paying for 7 and then they charged me another total of $38.00 this month. That brought the whole cost up to $105.00. DO NOT order from this website!!

This company is a scam they continue to charge my account for one Bible pillow I paid for it one time and they kept charging me there was no way to get a hold of them to get them to stop after months of this aggravation I finally just canceled that debit card and got a new one there is no pillow in this world worth paying 38 dollars a month for (con artist)company

This company Devoted to Christ is a scam. They try to charge my debit card for things I've never gave permission for them to. Can't find a way to cancel this site

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 Bible pillows and they came in a week so I thought good, nice product. But then out of nowhere after about 2 weeks they charged me over 42€ and then next month again for no reason.
I tried so find the mail, which I couldn't first, I didn't know where this charge is coming drom. The. I found and wrote them to demand the money back. They replied that with the product I supposedly bought a membership ( no idea what for, must have been with some small letters hidden somewhere or not show but I'm their hidden conditions, that if you buy a product you automatically buy a membership) - it's a classical scam! Do not buy anything from them.
They hiddenly charge you every month! And excuse themselves. I am appalled that a company with such a godly name can be involved in such a terrible dishonest scam! I'm resolving the reclamation with the bank.

I ordered the necklaces and paid the bill. Now I am getting charged $42.95 every month with no way to stop it and no way to get my money back!! No info, no address, no phone number! These people are scammers!!

This people keep continuously charging my account for one single purchase that I did not receive. This site should be closed as they try to charge me 38.00 a month for something I never received and they claim to be devoted to Christ I’m currently looking for the website to no availability!

I was thrilled to find anything about this company who has been repeatedly trying to charge me #38.47 a month. I have googled them and I cannot find anyway of contacting this organization to get them to STOP. This is not authorized and I cannot even figure out who they even are to get them to stop. I'm going to report them to every organization available once I find out who they are and their contact information. This has been happening since October 2024.

See below letter I wrote to the company

I am writing to address a serious issue regarding an order I placed on October 12, 2023, for two sweatshirts (Order #3776) in the amount of $27.74. Upon receiving the items, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality, and I found that the sizes listed as “adult” were actually more appropriate for youth sizes. I had intended to return the items; however, I did not proceed due to the unreasonable shipping charges for returns. My receipt confirms only the purchase of two sweatshirts, with no additional items involved.

What concerns me now is that I’ve been charged $38.47 every month for November and December 2024, as well as January 2025, with no explanation provided. These charges are unauthorized and are in no way related to the original purchase. I have not authorized your company to retain my credit card information or make these recurring charges, and this feels like fraudulent activity.

It is particularly troubling that this is happening from a company named “Devoted to Christ,” which I trusted. It feels deeply wrong to be scammed in this way, and I expect immediate action.

I am requesting that you credit my credit card for the unauthorized charges of $38.47 for each of the months of November, December, and January, totaling $115.41. I would appreciate resolving this matter directly with your office. However, if I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for fraud, and the Attorney General’s office of the state.

I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter.

Devoted to Christ is a bad company name. This company are taking 38.47 a month from people like myself. I want their email address. I want them to know if I don’t receive my money back from the last 5 months, I’m calling g my lawyer and I will sue this company. I will WIN. I can promise you that! Thank you very much.

Charged me triple what I said was ok and no email sent to me like they said would be sent to me in a few minutes after the charge was made. I never received my products and now they will not respond to me! Horrible experience! Please do not give them your money.

These guys have charged me for my item, which I approved, but then to continue to charge me various fees in USD for items I never bought. NOW I am disputing these charges that were never authorized. Doesn't sound like a Christian site. More like Devoted to Satan. Who claims to have a site that says Devoted to Christ that then scams you.

Why are you all trying to charge me on my card i haven't bought anything i mean i did but i already paid for it

They are scammers. They have charge me more than 100 dollars Una. Fake membership I did not sign for. Three months charging me 38 dollars. They should have the site closed

Has anyone that has been tricked into this scam figured away for you a refund, they have taken almost $100 out of my minor daughters account and I can not for the life of me find anywhere on line to contact them or request a refund.

Scam! They charge you a lot of money monthly for "membership" you have not signed up for! When you purchase something there's no boxes you would intentionally tick to become a member. However, they say that you did! Normal companies would send you a reminder that you're about to be charged but this one does not notify you even to congratulate that you have become a member! You simply receive a confirmation email on your purchased item without mentioning that you you've also subscribed to a membership. Then they quietly charge you until you notice it on your bank account. SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID! This website must shut down!

I gave one star only because I can not give ZERO stars! They are an absolute scam company! I did not receive my items that I paid for, they will not respond to rectify the situation and they keep charging my account and taking more money! They use the name Devoted to Christ to play on people’s emotions and religious beliefs so that they feel bad and do not report them or try to get their money back! They are not devoted to Christ they are SCAMMERS!! So protect yourself and do not order from them!

Saw this necklace online a couple of months ago and bought it. I was very naive and actually believed that the price was 1$. Turns out it’s like 40$ and you only get the discount if you’re a VIP member that you have to pay monthly 38$ for. Apparently I got signed up as a VIP member but still had to pay full price for the necklace + they still charge me 38$ every month. I emailed them twice now, no response and I don’t have my confirmation email with my order number so I don’t have the possibility of cancelling the membership. All I can do is cancel my account and create a new one which is exhausting. Moral of the story, if it seems like it’s too good to be true, it is and always look the website up on trustpilot. This website has costed me maybe 150$ now

Absolute scam. They sell you products for a low price and then charge you for a "membership" for nearly $40 monthly after that. They say they make everyone do this for their "mission" but even when they describe it, it sounds like a carefully thought out scam. "We activate your account 10 days after purchase", "you agreed to be a part of this membership and we are happy to have you as a valued member for our mission" yada yada. It made me sick that they hid behind Christ and droned on and on about their mission to guilt you. Obvious deception tactic. Manipulation at its finest. Stay away from them.
