2019 was the year where I was marked into a PIP(low performance) and was asked to resign from a fiem. I had never seen failure in all these years and after working for long years, stretched 12 to 14 hours in some firms,I was always an obedient person and was focused on giving tasks. I always felt retirement is the right way to exit a firm. I never ever imagined a day will come like this. This was new to me and immediately brought my morales down. Unfortunately we come from a family where doing a job in a good MNC is considered as a status symbol. I was subject to pressure and deep depression because I was the bread winner and already going through relationship problems. This brought questions about my credibility in the family. I was completely lost as my thought process was mediocre.When I first came to know about Dev Gadhvi . I too intially felt the ads were fake and probably AI generated. But when I registered for his summit., my perspective of how business is done was changed. I understood what I was going through in my life.I never ever thought that a passion could be converted to a business.I had a BREAKTHROUGH Moment in the event. There was a 360 degree shift in my thought process.
Coming from an education background with a family of teachers, I new nothing about setting up a business.I was raised believing that job is our bread and butter and we are not meant to do business.I was often subject to mockery that I have great "worker skills" but I realised in the event that I was a born leader.
I was missing many skills. I learnt sales, leads, funnels, closing skills, persuasion, personal branding, understood BNI. I understood my neiche,found my purpose and built a business around my passion. I was also able to monetize from the same. What ever I invested I already got return more than that. I have a wonderful community of like minded people who brainstorm and are selfless in helping each other solving important problems.
I have also understood the power of transforming our energies , Masculine(shiva) and Feminine(shakti) energies which helped solve relationship problems in my house and also wealth energy blocks got resolved.
Infact now I am able to solve relationship problems of 4 other people around my community and my old friends. This has helped me to rebound with my old friends who had earlier distanced away from me.
There are so many people like me suffering this mediocrity and not understanding the workplace harrasment and office politics. Many are timid like me still.
I think this level of transformation was much needed for me as I feel I have created a new version of myself now. I am no more the fearful timid shankar. I have the yodha energy in me and now along with my job have a side hustle which I am nurturing it. My family NOW believes that I am CAPABLE of doing something or the other even if I loose my job someday. This shift was transformational and has brought a lot of change in our relationship as well.

Got to know some of the repetitive patterns reveal our current personality traits which we can observe & correct them for betterment. This was my takeaway from the summit which is helping me to improve myself to be a better person & make an impactful contribution in the society

The two day Live Rich Summit was a game changer for me . This is 2nd time . Every time I attend it is worth of my time, money and energy. Attended their real estate workshop. They advertised as an educational webinar and shared some very basic tips and concentrated more on telling their own story and selling a property. Wasted money and time!

Shitty Rs.99/- Session where he guides how to make Crorepati Mindset and force people to write a book. He doesn't discussed about the strategy or the roadmap just only washing your mind that he has the ability to make you a millionaire within a few minutes.
Then he approached you to join his 3-5 days session where he completely washed your mind at the cost of Rs.20k/-.
After a huge robbery of your hard earned money he will lastly approched you to enroll his premium course or kind of mentorship where you can earn a jackpot.
All these are scam. His business is totally failed and now he became a baba. Brings his paid employees to the seminars who pretends like they were all helpless. After becoming my devotees they are now living life very amazingly.
Don't go with the 5 STAR ratings. They are all paid.
