I keep seeing too many ads on YouTube and some people who have become crorepati. How much debt those people have? more than crore? stay away from these influencers, fake dreams.

I have been following Dev sir's work since 2 years before joining his mastermind for my own career growth. I have done my mastermind 6 months ago and I must say that if you truly follow his method, his process, it gives you the results that he has promised. The problem with many of us is that we give up too soon at unimaginably innumerous different levels. If u have complete faith on the process and religiously follow each word said by Dev sir, and let the process take over your life and change you, you will see the huge transformation. I believe that even after I establish my own brand, my own company, I will still need his words and his guidance to keep me up to the track of excellence and expertise .
It's all about becoming expert in your area and that takes time. Give it time !

He is a good marketer. He manipulates your mind in such a way that you ll be in excited mood and then he will pitch the product or session, so that most ll do quickly. And I found that his courses and Live interaction is not worth it. I joined in 3 day session, in all 3 day session he only focused on How he can manipulate your mind to take next 3-4 months guidence for 4 lacs. I wasted my 20000. I suggest to not trapped in his market.

The Deceptive Facade:
Coach Dev Gadhvi presents himself as an expert in Coaching and claims to provide valuable coaching services to those seeking personal and professional growth. However, my recent encounter with him has revealed a darker truth beneath this seemingly positive facade.

My Personal Experience:
Without going into exhaustive detail, my interaction with Coach Dev Gadhvi left me feeling betrayed and exploited. His promises of guidance and support turned out to be nothing more than a smokescreen for his true intentions - preying on the vulnerable and unsuspecting.

Red Flags to Look Out For:
1. Lack of Transparency: Coach Dev Gadhvi operates with a disturbing lack of transparency regarding his methods and credentials.
2. Unfulfilled Promises: Numerous assurances made by him proved to be empty, with no tangible results to show for the time and resources invested.

Biggest scammer i have came across so far. Takes your hard earned money and live off a lavish life.
I'm telling from my personal experience i have attended some of his webinars. First free and than 1 day then 3 day.
I realized that it was a complete brainwashing process, where he would try to capture my attention from morning till evening and isolate me from any other social interactions. He would use emotional manipulation and stories of gullible people who had fallen for his trap for their entire life.
Look for these RED flags:
- Initially he will tell he only has X vacant places for his mentorship/course. But later he will try to get each and every person from webinars 4-5 times of he told.
- All the groups he makes you join will be closed groups no free discussion among participants.
- No Refund policy, your money gone for life.
- There is no real skill teaching involved he is a mediocre guy and classic snake oil salesman.
- All his staff is filled with mediocre guys and some brainwashed smart people.
- It was heartful to see him using some olderly people stories to make emotional connect and trap people.
- everything he sells is free to learn from internet but he will charge you lakhs of ruppes.

Stay Away, Stay Away, Stay Away !!!

Very bad experience with the company, particularly in relation to an individual named Aman from the design team.

My experience with Dev Creations was challenging, primarily due to my interactions with Aman. From the moment I joined the organization, Aman exhibited a pattern of behavior that I found both unprofessional and distressing. He consistently contacted me day and night, even after the initial induction, to work on various tasks. Aman emphasized the importance of an event scheduled for August, insisting that I work without adequate rest and breaks. Regrettably, this placed a considerable strain on my work-life balance.

Furthermore, there was an incident where my daughter fell ill, and Aman refused to allow me to take her to the doctor, suggesting that work took precedence. He insisted on me seeking a doctor's consultation online, which was far from an ideal solution. I reached out to Haya to address this issue, and she assured me that she would investigate the matter, but regrettably, no resolution or follow-up was provided.

My overall experience with Dev Creations was marred by these occurrences, particularly due to my interactions with Aman. I felt frustrated and disheartened by the discrepancy between the company's professed values and the actual experiences of employees. I strongly believe that every employee should have a reasonable work-life balance, and I found it difficult to work under such demanding conditions.

Aman's approach to his role in the design team was also problematic. He often disregarded suggestions and feedback, appearing to adopt a "my way or the highway" mentality. This made it challenging to contribute constructively to the team's efforts.

I am sharing my experiences with you not only to vent my concerns but also with the hope that it can lead to positive changes within the organization. It is my wish that no one else has to endure the same challenges I faced during my time with Dev Creations.

Sharing some tough love for Dev Gadhvi.

Paying ₹4.5 Lakhs for the Passionpreneur course was an absolute waste of my money and time. He claims to be the best closer. He is just good at playing with people’s emotions. The biggest asset that he has in a webinar is the fact that the audience is muted; else they would rip him apart. He may have short term gains with this approach, but in the long run he has earned a poor reputation for himself in the marketplace. That’s the reason he ran away from India and moved to Dubai. Utilizing people’s hard earned money to buy a Ferrari, 11 bedroom house, funding super expensive Dan Lok courses for himself will haunt him forever in the future.

Write this Gurumantra down.

A crook like him is not and will never be my #GuruDev.

The 21 days Transformational morning were really, great insights from Dev's team. Also the three days master class was full of insights into how we can enrich our lives, if our mind becomes pure we only attract good things in life and also better the society and human race.
