detect.ac Bewertungen

About my 2 star review, looking at it, it does scan through the whole PC but it just does not flag self created certificates, it does flag a good amount of suspicious files but it could be me but after 4-7 days previously injected DLL disappears and does not show up in warnings anymore, I bought anticheat.ac (ocean) and echo, detect.ac is really good compared to the others forensic scanners, they actually flag up cheats while Ocean just gives you lots of information but does not flag as many cheats as detect.ac

I would give it a 5 stars if they lowered the price to $15 a month.

great customer service, best scanner you can get it goes deep into forensics going from, robloc, minecraft, dayz, rust, fivem and many more! you can see any cheating discord servers theyre in and their messages its amazing

The best scanner on earth. i have found multiple cheaters with this, great customer support at very usefull owners.

Got pc checked by this company, one of my the pc checkers used hop to desk instead of anydesk, forgot to uninstall the tools, not only that apparently since my “amcache” is cleared it means im cheating, honestly a joke mate

Smooth website, cool website and good detections

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My experience with Detect.ac has been extremely disappointing.

I was banned after scanning myself. Because of the ban, I no longer have access to my dashboard and therefore cannot manage or cancel anything there.

What I find especially ridiculous is that the subscription continues despite the ban.

Honestly, who would want to keep paying for a subscription after their account has been banned and they can no longer use the service? To me, it would be completely logical that a banned account should either have an easy way to cancel the subscription or that the subscription should be terminated when access to the service is removed.

Instead, I was told that being banned does not automatically cancel the subscription.

I was then directed to another website where I was supposed to cancel the subscription. You enter your email address and are told that you will receive an email if an account exists for that address.

The problem is: the email never arrives.

What makes this even more questionable is that their Discord support system actually has a dedicated category called “Email not sending.” This suggests that this is clearly not an unknown issue.

After contacting support, I was eventually told that the cancellation link is not sent to the email address associated with my Detect.ac account, but instead to the email address associated with the payment.

Why isn't this explained clearly from the beginning?

Instead, customers are forced to go through multiple unnecessary steps just to cancel a subscription they no longer want and cannot even use.

The entire process feels unnecessarily complicated and extremely customer-unfriendly. When a company bans a user and removes their access to the dashboard, there should at the very least be a simple, clear and working way to cancel the subscription.

If Detect.ac decides to ban someone and prevent them from accessing their account, it is completely unreasonable, in my opinion, to make that person jump through hoops just to stop paying for a service they can no longer use.

Extremely disappointing experience. 0/5 stars if Trustpilot allowed it.

A staff member named King provided terrible service when I opened a ticket after receiving a key and getting banned just 10 minutes later

As a growing CS2 public server that uses Detect.ac for its checks, we are now more confident and able to proof what was hard to prove before. Thank you, Detect.ac for being one of the best!
