Hello,
This seems like a wrongful review?
We do take high priority on providing an good support to all users, our support category is even built-in with an "semi-automatic" system which was recently added in, where you can also request an "human" for support. - If you do not like something specific, you are always welcome to report those to the higher-ups. However, did we not receive such a ticket or see any complaints in the tickets we handled the past days?
Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Extensive docs on their website, staff are very responsive to tickets and new detections get added very regularly. I would say ocean+ is basically a must have if you are serious about keeping cheaters off of your server by screensharing, as it helps either catch cheaters using private clients or solidify verdicts for most cheaters.

Hello,
Thanks for your kind review and sharing your experience with others. About our docs, well, some still have issues with them. We try to expand it and make it as understandable as possible. We appreciate it!
A solid tool.
I've honestly had a great experience using Ocean. Their scans are more detailed than most, and their dashboard is great both visually and functionally.
I think if they improved the scan results in the future to give a bit more context on vague flags like "generic cheat type T" and others explaining what it actually found they'd easily take the spot as the best SS tool out there.
I also want to give a shoutout to their support and community. Their Discord is really active and they answer any issues or questions you have, which gives me a lot of confidence in them.

Hello,
Thanks for your kind review. We appreciate you sharing your experience of our detections, including an Ocean+ detection, "Generic Cheat T". We take your feedback into consideration when properly explaining it to prevent any sudden decisions. However, as this is a "generic" detection, it should be considered as "deal with caution".

Hello,
Thanks for your kind review. Please keep in mind that our 3 free PINs daily are only active when the person has his Discord account connected on our dashboard, but yes, it's something that no tool usually does.

Hello,
Thanks for your kind review. We appreciate your support and you sharing your experience about our service. We always try to get new staff members in order to offer excellent support due to some language issues for some members in the community to make the support easier and better. However, this requires time and a lot of training that the staff members pass through.

Çok teşekkür ederim!
great
for most of the people that say "banning for anything" or "great for cheaters" its just that the people scanning you with the tool DO NOT know how to use it properly, they just think anything flags or just haven't read the docs properly and know how to find shit. it's a great tool but it's not that "newbie-friendly" for the matter.
its custom detections feature and constant updates is mainly why it's one of the best tools out there

Hello,
We appreciate your kind review about us. We always try mainly to focus on improving ourselves wherever possible and expanding our detections where possible. We are aware of the unfortunate reviews of others claiming we are "banning for anything". While this does not perfectly describe our service/product we provide, as we are not at fault for third-party bans made by staff members and regular players letting their hate on us here.

Hello,
We appreciate your kind review about us. This means a lot to us! While making such detections is not always easy and a lot of testing is required, we try to make sure Ocean+ is as safe as possible. Specific detections are also named 100% secure in order to keep your server safe from cheaters or servers you are performing screenshares with.
Great checker, for the cheaters
Great checker! for the cheaters, because this checker doesn't detect shit, had 90 meteor clients copies scattered around my pc, prestige client, grim client, prestige inject too. and it didn't even detect them, yet detected my esp32 that i connected to my pc 1 month ago, and some roblox cheats i had on my pc for 3 years.

Hello,
Our Minecraft scan version is not specialized in detecting your clients [Out of Instance] based on having the files or cheats on your PC (not everyone, at least). We are also not at fault based on the fact that the SSer has no idea how to analyze the results of your scan. - About your Roblox cheat, please identify the detection "type" and the path is displayed, so a manual check is required. As the path is given, that shouldn't be too hard, should it? Our documentation also lists you the detection meanings again:

We appreciate you not making wrongful, misleading, and false statements about our tool.

It has the tendancy to flag users as cheaters, which if you know how to look at what its flagging shouldnt be an issue as its obviously not the case of cheats, however more often than not this tool ends up in the hands of people who dont understand at all what its flagging and ban off of some random flags that have nothing to do with cheats. I understand its better to flag something falsely rather than not flagging it at all as its better safe than sorry but I find it outrageous that it can give as much as 154 flags on a clean pc just because it uninstalled an antivirus recently.

Antwort von Ocean Anticheat
Hello,
At the time of your review, there were no such flags. Most such detections are displayed as "Executed & Deleted", while those are not directly marked under cheating, as the path is displayed, etc.
It's important for the SSer to review the detection, as we already had documentation there about our detections. We are not really at fault for the lack of experience of the SSer using our tool.
Experience
I am using Ocean now for about half an year now and so far, I haven't seen any problems. It is an amazing SS Tool with a nice, clear, and customizable design (GUI). I recommend everyone to give it a try, instead of hating it, or giving false feedback of being false banned, as they could contact them.
