I originally left a very poor review for the sofa we received from DS. There were issues and we had to have an engineer out. Part of the issue was the companies customer service set up. If you have a problem your best course of action is the store. Deb and the team at the Gateshead store reacted well to the first issues and when these were not resolved to our satisfaction Deb moved heaven and earth to make us happy. Now 12 months after the original sofa was delivered we are sitting on our new sofa and its fantastic. Deb was generous in resolving the issues we have had and her team at the store were extremely nice and accommodating. My advice to anyone buying from the DS store in Gateshead would be to try all the sofas they have to ensure you get one you'll be happy with. The range is large and the types of seat vary vastly. Finally I would like to give our thanks to Deb. She was absolutely brilliant and worked diligently to resolve our issues and make us happy with the result. I would recommend the store and the company.

Good selection of sofas in the Uddingston store, and the Natuzzi brand gave us exactly what we were looking for. Great service from Jamie who was informative but not pushy. And I felt that we got excellent value for money so very pleased with the purchase.
