Went browsing and really loving the sofas, footstool, table, chairs and sideboard we've purchased today at Loanhead. Edinburgh. September delivery too which is really good. Good looks and quality to all the furniture. Lauren who looked after us was awesome. Not at all pushy but really very helpful and patient. We'd hire Lauren in a minute, she's gold star customer service.

Visited Designer Sofas in Brent Cross today looking to buy dining room chairs. We experienced excellent friendly, knowledgeable service from Mustafa who handled, to our entire satisfaction, the entire transaction from the selection of fabric type and colour and colour of legs to payment. He was patient throughout, gave us lots of time to confer, was never pushy and gave us a good deal. Best experience we have had in years!
