I had such a wonderful experience at dental excellence (the branch in westfields) yesterday!!

I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist Megan and the dental assistant Dalia who made me feel comfortable and explained everything in a neat, professional, and friendly manner.

I was in for a clean and a consultation with the lovely Emily who was very thorough and professional, she’s got gentle hands and it didn’t feel as invasive as my previous dentist experiences in other places. Dalia was also so lovely to chat with she was very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to coming back to get my treatments done with them.

I’ve been under the care of Craig Dewdney for over 10 years.
He is a man that continues to be at the top of his game. He puts the patient at the centre of all his advice. He and his team’s professionalism is outstanding.

From the moment Zarmina took over my care I felt completely assured. She was clear about the smile she thought she could achieve, She understood what I wanted, I am delighted with my teeth and smile, for the 1st time in years I can smile without being self conscious. My teeth look like they did before I’d damaged them in a fall-Only better! I cannot recommend her enough!

I find going to the dentist stressful but Rio and Dr Babar are absolutely professional and make the whole experience as easy as they possibly can. I have many more visits planned and would not ho anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I have been attending dental excellence over the past 2 months to have my teeth tweaked for my wedding. Harrison and Evie have been amazing. I’ve come away with beautiful composite bonding on my top 10 teeth and will be returning soon for my Invisalign journey. Harrison is a perfectionist and I can’t thank him enough. My partner had his teeth done too and the transformation is unreal. Thank you so much 🤍

Really good and not expensive

I was aware I needed extensive treatment and Dental Excellence was my preferred choice since my wife had received excellent treatment in the last 12 months. I am being treated by Alex and am truly impressed by her professionalism whilst in her care. Each stage of my treatment has been explained thoroughly and I’m confident the end result will be nothing short of perfection

Today I saw Val and Alicia and they were both lovely, talked me through what I was getting done, made me feel super comfy

I was made to feel comfortable from the start. The staff were helpful and attentive. All procedures were explained with treatment pathways.

Lovely practice inside and the dentists are very knowledgeable. I’ve had a really positive experience with the composite bonding itself and I’m very happy with the results — the quality of the work is excellent. Slight chip initially but was sorted for free.

Like most medical places, appointments can run late, and I appreciate that this probably means the dentists are taking the time they need with their current patients. However, when you’re paying thousands of pounds for treatment, it can be frustrating to spend a lot of time waiting around.

Unfortunately, I’ve now had five dentists there and it was only at my most recent appointment that I was told I’ve had early decay since the day I originally had my teeth done, around 18 months ago. I found this quite concerning, particularly as this hadn’t previously been made clear to me.

Due to a printer issue, I also didn’t receive my treatment plan outlining my options and the associated costs. I was told this would be emailed to me, but I’m still waiting to receive it.

Overall, I’m happy with the cosmetic work and the dentists are clearly knowledgeable, but given the amount I’ve spent, I would expect better communication, particularly when it comes to an underlying dental issue, as well as a smoother experience with appointments and follow-up.
