Food is never delivered on time in spite of expected delivery times. Call center is useless and lie about statuses. DO not use especially there are other alternatives for delivery

I was charged for 3 items and they delivered 2 items only.. on complaining and showing them proof they made false claims they will handle the situation in 48 hrs.. all lies and false hopes and then after many calls and chasing done..one customer rep even said no maam we delivered you all items.. maybe it’s their way of recovering losses from customers money.. never ordering from this app or recommend to any family or friend

I have been through the worst experience with a food/groceries app ever.
I never recommend to anyone in UAE to use such application..Rude and poor customer service..I have been with them on a call for over 50 minutes with no solution provided and hang up the call on me.

Rude team leader called islam shehata and senior agent called soliman. 50 minutes on a call to figure out where is the credit they offered as compensation but they lied about adding it. The 50 minted with 25 minutes of them on hold...they call me liar and talking in a rude way. I don't recommend using this app. they are very expensive than any other app and no value or good service you will get for this money.!!! Noon and talabat app is way better

Allowed at food which never came, I complained, with the evidence that the rider never delivered the food, customer services just kept defending, kept mentioning terms and conditions !! Where is I was chasing for food. I'm not going to take them to court for 10 pounds. Absolute untrained customer services. I am uninstalling the application with 80 of our group members

I ordered my food and they delivered it to someone, and I called them, and they told me that they would place another order for me shortly. They told me to monitor my phone as someone would call me soon. I waited for 40 mins and then called them to be surprised that my order was canceled and no one had the curtsy to inform me that my order was canceled. When I expressed my frustration and asked for compensation they offered me 20 aed which was reduced then to 15 aed as if I was begging them for money. Very unprofessional.
Extremely poor portal for the vendors
You are one of the worst portal for the restaurant owners. No humans to speak with, no guidance available. You left everything to machines.

I ordered food to my villa, saw that the courier had arrived, tried to find him in the parking lot, but he was nowhere to be found. I couldn't connect with him in the app and decided to call customer service. And they told me that my driver has left, but I can see on my app that he is not far away, I asked him to come back as he even didn’t leave my hotel yet. They refused and decided not to return my money. It’s illegal! even in extreme cases, you can take a fine for the courier's time, rather than refusing to return the money for the food
Never gonna use this app in Dubai again! In every other country it works well!
Order not received
I placed an order, never received a call nor sms that I missed a call, and driver left with the food. Chat with customer service and they confirmed that the driver “DID EVERYTHING” to call me. Not a single missed or received call in my call log. Since the food os paid, why not leave the food outside my door? Better that leavinh with the food with them. Never gonna use Deliveroo again. May the Almighty bless you with such “KIND OF SERVICE”

Very bad services!! Don’t be surprised if you are hungry and waiting for your meal and it doesn’t arrives!!! After I posted this review deliveroo blocked my app!! I can’t do anything there! Showing “errors “ all the time and I am suspecting retaliation!

Escalation team is a joke turnaround time is 24 hours no sense of urgency horrible experience. Hear me out mistakes happen and they should be proactive and deal with them deftly. I don't eat fish got two fish dishes instead of the meat and steamed veggies. I took a photo of the wrong items and a photo of the receipt, then proceeded to explain to the deliveroo customer service what had happened. They instead said, we have to share with the escalation team and get back to you in 24 hours! Unheard of! we are honest people being scammed and treated dishonestly. I asked for the correct item to be delivered and shared everything short of a pint of my blood or my first born. This company is going downhill so fast in terms of customer satisfaction and it's clear as day. No resolution and generic answers!

Deliveroo UAE is adding ridiculous cost on food price.
Mani mean at bait al mandi is 31 derhams and deliveroo is charging 47 derhams + 4.5 delivery charges + 1.2 service fees. 20 derhams extra on the actual cost of the meal and is also taking commission from the restaurant

I placed an order twice today with Sugar Gram to the same address. Deliveroo cancelled the first order and the second order was never delivered. It was my friends birthday and I wanted to surprise them but I eventually got surprised as the second order was delivered elsewhere after me giving the proper address and I never got a call from Deliveroo to advise me about my order. I buy food from them almost everyday. It such a shame that they spoilt my friends birthday.

The delivery driver got a wrong mobile number and instead of finding ways to reach to me since it's just an office address he left and falsely confirmed my order as delivered. Deliveroo don't have contact numbers of their rider and i was waiting for 30 minutes at our reception. If there is a number to contact i should have able to call him.
