I got a raw chicken in my order, and when i chatted with their agents, they are saying we can't compensate you because you dont have photo, well i didnt ask you to compensate me, i didnt beg for you to do so, my health is important than you guys, your agents Dee, Asem and Rand must know how to talk to customers, rudeness can't solve any issue
Nightmare experience
Even 1 star is too much. The worst delivery application i have ever seen in my whole life. These people are ready to lose a customer for a 25 aed plate of soup. Enjoy my undelivered meal, bon appetite, Deliveroo team.

This is the third time i order from deliveroo and they take so long and when i call for my order they dont even have it and dont even know about it!

Crap App and Service
Placed an order, after 30min delay… called the restaurant, they say they have no order. Called Deliveroo, they said it was a system error. They processed my refund and asked me to place order again. Wasted 2 hours, no meal. Best this company close their business as it’s obvious they are just wasting consumer’s time and not capable of improving.

The very very Very poor service experienced at my first order as a Deliveroo Plus(+) . The bill was 86 AED but the driver charged me 93 AED. I was telling i will not pay extra money then the driver said he will go to the police. Omg just for an order i have to face police?? i think this is the world first ever happened to me.
I Show him the Online Invoice that it is 86 AED, I call the Customer Service of Deliveroo, he is also telling me 86 AED. But the Driver and KFC still charge me 93 AED. W* T/*F*...
The driver took from me 100 AED and didn't give me the exchange of 86 AED and after my two times call, he came back.
Later, they accepted 86 AED which was the right bill. Just for a Food Order i fought for almost 30 minutes at 1AM Midnight ... Ohh Sh/t..!!!!!!!

This company is extremely poor in managing their faults. They don't have the very basic manner in handling their fault and how to compensate customer's stressful experience which created by them.
I ordered yesterday a birthday cake for my friends while at work. I simply placed the order successfully and went back to work. Later, I realized, 2 hours passed and no orders came. I was working and occupied to keep track of the time.
Then I called the CS, the CS found that my order was cancelled because the driver reported that I said so and i did not even answer the calls.
I was extremely and completely shocked as NONE of those report were TRUE. I DID NOT receive any call nor a message, completely contrary to what the driver reported. I have no clue, if the CS were saying the fact as he cant even provide the call history or the message. I believe its all fabricated.
At the end, they just simply told me to place the order again while we were in the middle of the bday party with no bday cake. SUCH A SHAME TO THEM, NO EMPATHY AND CLEAR UNDERSTANDING TO THE SITUATION!!!
It was really a depressing experience and extremely poor management!!!

This is such a scammy company, zero effort. The app is so unoptimized and low level , feels like they paid $10 to some kid on fiverrr to make the app. Besides that, horrible customer support. A company which even gives 5% more effort will easily crush them

I had recent incident where I ordered from McDonald, I received only nuggets and I had ordered burger meal and nuggets paid AED 37/- I called same time call center and also chat with the customer agent and also reported the incident , I explained all my scenario and gave image and bill no , I was promised to get refund for full order which I didn't get till date. Today when I remember i thought to contact them so I initiated chat with agent and this person told me sorry we cant give u any compensation becoz it is a old case a and he wants proof. Also they don't have any response from my reported case 😤😤excuse me how can u guys take my money and say I won't get refund. This people cheated and don't want to help also. I need my money back / credit to my account. Guys pls don't order from them I request. Very bad and pathetic service. They only want orders but don't want to help.

Worst experience ordering from Deliveroo and I deserve a refund. They are simply unprofessional and irresponsible . The Order was scheduled to arrive around 9:55 PM but ended up never coming. I ordered 1 cake and 1 cupcake at around 8 PM, the sweet shop confirmed it at 9:06 PM and yet they still manage to be late? That’s an hour late.For your information, my order was urgent. I call that lack of planning and time management. Last time I checked, This sweet shop is located in my neighborhood and area yet they never delivered my food. I tried calling the restaurant yet your number was closed. 0 stars, not ordering ever again. I contacted a help desk assistant and she told me to order tomorrow since the restaurant closed which is extremely irresponsible of both companies.
