Great service, Great Products, Great Delivery even though it was Xmas and New Year. Really Pleased.

Hoping an employee will see this as have no response to my emails. I purchased a letter opening lock on the 29th December and paid for express delivery, 1-2 working days and I am still waiting for delivery. Please can someone from the company get back to me?

The key pouches arrived quickly and work perfectl. I was sceptical but tested the car by trying to unlock the doors with the key in the pouch. I am more comfortable leaving my car outside now.

Items arrived super quick and having had a gang get into my house overnight to try and steal two cars, we knew we needed to think outside of the box.

The rechargeable torch was everything the guy said it would be, when I bought my first one at a Norfolk Police stall earlier in the year. My second one (the first being kept in the car) I’m using in the house and garden as and when needed. The strength of the beam is impressive and although a full recharge is a time consuming task, I can live with that.

Bought key pouch 2 years ago, have managed to unlock and drive my car whilst the key was in the pouch. I contacted the company today who are not interested, said as I bought the pouch 2 years ago they are unable to assist me. I would not recommend this product or company.

Easy to buy online, speedy delivery and product does as they claim. and it puts my mind at ease regarding fear of cloning. Very satisfied.

Great service received. Have used Defender once before & wasn't disappointed so looked to them for a security light. Found exactly what I needed as website is easy to use with clear information. You get a high quality product from a brand you can trust at a price that is spot on. Product was dispatched quickly & arrived well packaged. Recommended.

If you have purchased Defender signal blocking pouches then check them regularly as they stop working after a few months.
I have now had 4 of these and every one has failed. Defender replaced the first 2 under warranty but declined my offer to send the pouches back for testing.
Clearly this is a known issue as they have just issued me with the following statement:-
"We have received a number of signal blockers back and have been reviewing them. It would not be practical to recall every signal blocker which has failed back for testing, as the samples we have assessed provide us with a representative and satisfactory percentage for evaluation. Our focus now is on identifying upgrades and solutions to help prevent this issue from arising in the future."
Cheap as it is, the current product is not fit for purpose in my view and leaves your vehicle/s at risk.

Good product, fair price and quick delivery. Big enough for large key/keys.

A good little device that may help prevent anything untoward happening to the carrier
