I love my curtains this is my second order. From the time I placed my order and the delivery was less than a week and a half. The quality of the curtains are great for the price.I will highly recommend too everyone.

The availability of multiple sizes and well as the design being available. Very durable and amazing light reduction. We use them in our living room when we want to turn it into a movie room and they work great. Would recommend to anyone asking to great at least one set and you will want to get more.

We ordered 4 panels. The website indicated those panels were in stock. We received 3 panels, never got the 4th. After waiting patiently, I wrote the company. They indicated that they never had 4 in the 1st place. Then in order to return them, they told me I had to pay for the return shipping because there was "nothing wrong with the product", even though it was their fault we ordered 4 panels in the 1st place. We will not use this company again.

The blackout curtains are fab. I bought 2 sets for the guest room. They're so great I bought 2 sets for my room. Not only do they work well as blackout, they've made a huge difference lowing the summer evening temperature in my room. I think my next purchase will be sheers for the living room. Soon Deconovo will be in every room in my house.

Deconovo Black Out Curtains are fabulous !!! We live in Texas & the heat here is intense & these curtains are helping us keep our home cool while all the air conditioners struggle to keep up with heat indexes as high as 120 degrees !!! This is the second year we have used these curtains & we ordered more this year so that every window in our home is covered!!!! Thanks Deconovo for making these fabulous curtains !!!

i need a return or my money back this is not the correct size that i ordered i am really disappointed i would like my money back

Fastest delivery I’ve ever had!!👍👍 However your customer service needs to improve by10X👎👎. I have emailed 4 times and called 2 times for the last 4-6 days trying to get a return label so I can return misordered merchandise. I have no problem paying for shipping myself. How difficult can it be to fill in some blanks on the computer and email me the return label so as I can return the merchandise and get this matter resolved.
