An excellent curtain shop; I’ve bought from them many times, and it’s always been a great experience.

Bonsoir je fais suite à la réponse du site deconvo rideaux je leurs ai transmis plusieurs messages pour l annulation de cette commande faite le 21 juin pour les informer que c'est pas Moi qui ai fait cette commande ma carte bancaire a été piratée et je les ai prévenue aussitôt et ils osent encore me répondre qui ne savait pas ce site est vraiment un site frauduleux et voleurs nom seulement je l en ai prévenue aussitôt et envoyé à plusieurs reprises des messages sur le propre site pour vol de carte bancaire en date du 21 juin et aujourd'hui Ils me disent qu'il nom pas reçu tout les messages que je leurs ai transmis j ai déjà entamé des démarches auprès de ma banque mon banquier m'a conseillé de porter plainte contre ce site tant qu'il ne m auront pas rendu mon argent je ne les laisserai pas passer c est du vol et j ai le droit d obtenir réparation et a toute les personnes ne commande jamais sur ce site de plus ils m ont pris mon argent et je n ai toujours rien reçu je peux vous garantir qu'il vont me le payer très cher

The quality of the fabric is fantastic. The stitching is perfect. The curtains wash up beautifully. They're heavy and thick, even without lining. My only disappointment is the black strip of fabric along the sides. I ordered white linen, the ribbon should have been a light to white color.

I am unhappy with purchase and they have a terrible return policy where they make you pay for shipping, not even through them but completely on your own via third party. Not a place worth bringing business into too esp if it’s something big or expensive. Buyer beware save yourself the hassle and buy from another company with better ethics. Also terrible customer service. This is the response I got when i asked to return curtains that to me looked nothing like the pictures. In person they were shiny and tacky.
“Really sorry for disturbing. Slight color difference may exist between computer monitors and the actual product because of screen difference.”

Terrible service. 3 weeks AFTER ordering I contacted customer service by email to ask when my order would ship..no response.. I contacted for a refund at 4 weeks… no response. If you want ignored order here

Wrong item was sent and customer service never responded to my email.

I’m really impressed with this bamboo sheet set from Deconovo. The fabric feels incredibly soft and silky, almost like hotel-quality bedding. After washing them, they became even softer and held up really well without losing their smooth texture.

What I love most is how breathable and cooling these sheets are. They stay comfortable throughout the night and don’t trap heat, which is perfect if you tend to sleep warm. The fitted sheet also has nice deep pockets and stays securely on the mattress without slipping off.

The velvet curtains are great quality. Customer service was excellent in guiding me through the customization process and their website has very useful tools for determining dimensions. I highly recommend this company for custom curtains

I’m so happy with these linen curtains! They’re light, airy, and bring such a soft, natural vibe to the room. The fabric feels high-quality, and the way they catch the daylight is just beautiful. A perfect touch of coziness without blocking the light.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing online from Bed Bath & Beyond (now managed by Overstock) and their partner seller, Deconovo. I used to trust this store before they shut down, but the “new” version is nothing like the old one. If you're thinking of buying from them online, especially anything handled by a third-party seller—DON’T.

The return process is almost impossible unless you’re willing to spend extra money and jump through endless hoops.

Here’s what happened:

You can’t simply return the item on the Bed Bath & Beyond/Overstock website.
You have to apply for a return, and then you get a message telling you to contact the partner seller directly.

Deconovo’s response was unbelievable.
They told me that if the curtain doesn’t fit my window, that’s my problem—not theirs. No complimentary return. No option to drop it off at a store because there is no physical store.

You have to PAY for your own return shipping.
This alone is bad, but it doesn’t end there.

They make the return process a job.
After paying for shipping, I had to take a photo of the receipt and email it back to them. Then they wanted me to list how many items I’m returning—obviously the entire purchase, but apparently they need you to spell that out.

Overall, the whole experience was exhausting, unprofessional, and completely customer-unfriendly. What used to be a decent store has become a frustrating, expensive mess due to terrible return policies and lack of accountability from their partner sellers.

Save yourself the headache. DO NOT buy online from the new Bed Bath & Beyond or anything fulfilled by Deconovo.

Terrible business practices

I ordered from them through Bed, Bath, and Beyond. We don't have home USPS delivery here in rural Alaska, so when during checkout I was told that they can't ship to PO Boxes I gave my street address, wrongly assuming that they'd be sending via a parcel service. When the package couldn't be delivered it took several contacts to convince them that the package was being returned. They told me that I'd be receiving a refund. When the refund didn't arrive I contacted them again and they finally did provide a refund, for $16.18 less than I paid. Their customer service is awful.
