Despite persistent setbacks that were outside their control, they managed expectations and their client very well to get us to exchange. Particular mention should go to Kiera Morris, who was excellent throughout.

"I recently rented from DebbieFortune and had a very negative experience. Unfortunately, when I received the keys to the property, it was very dirty and there were several issues with fire alarms and black mould that went unaddressed for years. Despite notifying the agent about these issues, I was charged for repairs and ultimately lost my deposit when I moved out.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by DebbieFortune. While I appreciate their time, I would not recommend renting or using their services in the future. In my opinion, better communication and attention to detail, as well as not siding with landlords, would go a long way in improving their services."
