I moved from one chemist to this one, as the last chemist always left me short of medication. This chemist started out ok, but this is now the third time I’ve been left without pain medication. I got a text message at midnight last night (really midnight!!) to say my prescription was ready for collection. My son went today to pick up my medication and he was told they were waiting on my medication coming in he obviously asked why, because when i telephoned the chemist yesterday they said it would be ready yesterday after 3.30pm. He was told it’s an expensive drug and they don’t stock it so once again I’m suffering because I have no pain medication left. If you are mobile and not disabled like I am and you can drive then you stand a good chance of waiting in the chemist to actually receive your medication. Bitterly disappointed as I told them the why I was changing chemists and they assured me that I wouldn’t be left short of medication. They are just like the chemist I left, they don’t care because they’re not the ones who are suffering.

Great service had ear ache, was seen straight away given olive to put in ear for a week went back and had ear sorted pain free. Every step of the process explained to me. Ear totally sorted if id gone to GP I'd probably still be waiting for an appointment

Kamil at the Dunfermline branch saw me today for a travel consultation and was flawless, professional, personable and comprehensive. The whole process was incredibly easy and probably the least painful injection ive ever had!

As I am immunosuppressed and heading to Morocco for a golfing trip, I had an appointment with Kamil at the Dunfermline branch, I found him to be very knowledgable and helpful regarding the Travel vaccines I would require, he also recommended a good insect repellent, excellent service

Great experience with Kerry at Templehall having microsuction. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and i never felt a thing. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy as everyone was friendly and it is easy to get parked

Pharmacist experience was excellent. Pharmacist explained what vaccines I needed and why. Told me about other things to watch out for and take precautions on and couldn’t have asked for more. Member of staff at reception insisted I filled in full form despite having done this already online which I advised. This wasn’t necessary and only thing that could have been managed better. Will continue to use for travel vaccine services.

The appointment was incredibly easy to book and I received a confirmation and then a reminder nearer the time. All the staff were very friendly and the lady that did the microsuction was very efficient and skilled at it. She made me feel at ease by chatting with me and they even threw in a free hearing test at the end of the appointment. I think it was very good value for money at £55 for both ears. I will definitely use the service again. Top job!

Fantastic experience at 133 High Street, Kirkcaldy this morning. Booked a blood test with Rebecca who was phenomenal throughout. Bloods taken swiftly without any fuss and Rebecca knew exactly what to do with the 3rd party kit I’d taken along. Genuinely a 10/10 customer experience.

The staff here in Dunfermline high st are very helpful. They care of my ear problem and we’re very helpful. I get my nomads from them too.

I recently visited Dears Pharmacy in Kirkcaldy after experiencing sudden hearing difficulty in one ear. Kerry was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable. She quickly identified that the issue was caused by a wax build‑up and explained everything in a calm, professional way. Thanks to her help, the problem was sorted quickly and I left feeling relieved and well looked after. Excellent service and a credit to the pharmacy.
