Disappointing after sales service.…
I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size envelope. Davpack were happy to take them back but wanted to charge me £15. I was happy to order the correct size. But As My original purchase was only £18 I decided to keep them. Because of this I would not deal with Davpack again!

Good prices and quick shipping

Quality boxes and good delivery
Ordering is fine, although I always struggle with the box sizes and got the wrong size again this time. It would be good to have better dimension photos. But it could just be my incompetency.

I've dealt with BigDug before but not with Davpack. They are both great. Unlike most of their customers, I only required one Transit Carton so the P&P was a bit high but it was very carefully and strongly packed. Extremely good quality product and easily took the weight of a 40kg Power Hose I was returning. I had occasion to call them with an order query and the phone was answered very quickly... none of the normal queueing.
