I provided this feedback on Trust Pilot and a Daniel Essa Customer Service representative immediately contacted me, and provided me with a new pair of shoes in a different style. Top-notch customer service, and they stood by their product.

I recently bought the latest pair of low-top shoes and I'm very happy with them. They're comfortable, easy to care for, and have tabs that can be changed in color, which looks great. I already had two pairs of Daniel Essa sneakers, and I'm really excited about these. They are pricey, but they're timelessly designed and very durable.
