​I can’t thank the team at Damira Quayside Dental Practice enough! I was seen on Saturday for an emergency appointment and was made to feel so welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Every member of staff was fantastic, reassuring, and attentive. Excellent care when I needed it most!

I am very pleased to share that I received excellent emergency dental care, as the practitioner was professional, gentle, and effective in resolving my discomfort.

The hygienist was running on time & did a good job.

Friendly staff. Dentist offered advice for future treatment, had thorough check up and x-rays. Cannot fault.

Absolutely love Joanne at quayside. She’s made my experience coming to see a dentist much better. She’s very patient and is brilliant when I’m nervous and is amazing with my two boys too.

Three times I had my tooth filling done in the same clinic and it 3 times it came out.
I don’t know if it’s because I am an nhs patient that is why it’s not being done properly.
I was told that extraction of the wisdom tooth was the best course of action. I would not disagree with that, providing I know for sure that that is the last recourse.
On my last visit, the dentist gave me anaesthetic for the pain when drilling the tooth, but she started drilling even b4 the anaesthetic has taken effect. So of course I would feel the pain. So she stopped drilling. Just went ahead with filling the tooth. I noticed that she did not spray it with air to fully dry the hole in my tooth so that the filling would stick properly on the tooth.
Soon after, the strong anesthetic began to take affect. I would not have felt all the drilling not matter how deeply it was done. That would have kept the filling in and in place.
But instead, filling was very shallow and came out one week after despite me avoiding chewing on that tooth.
It was done the same by the 2 dentists before her.

Receptionists are always pleasant and courteous. Very helpful and accommodating. Dental nurse pleasant and engaging. Dentist speaks openly and gives clear information. I’m delighted now my whole experience is complete.
I’ve marked 1 star down as my appointments have been cancelled twice and my initial consultation was quite traumatic. However the latter part of my treatment plan has been much better. Thank you.

I was given an appointment last minute yesterday as my denture had completely snapped and I had to glue it together with superglue as u couldn’t get in anywhere. When I rung them up we discussed getting a new denture moulded as this has now been repaired 3 times. And all he does is say “ not the first time I have send a superglued denture and you need to get a new one sooner rather than later “ and just shaved it down so it wasn’t digging into the top of my gum and he didn’t seem bothered at all. Then said you can go down. It took me 45 minutes to get to this dentist to not even be in there 5 minutes and not get what was said would be being done.
So I would avoid at all costs

The best dentist I have ever had. Eduardo is professional and friendly. He has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist.
I would highly recommend this practice.

Samra was so amazing, understanding and considerate to my/our needs as always. Knowing she is there for all of our dental needs is a real bonus.

My hygienist was friendly, informative, and very professional. In the past, I ve found the process uncomfortable and even painful. But he was so deft that I remained comfortable and relaxed throughout. Highly recommended!!

Initially left a recorded message regarding my issue & had a quick return call along with an appointment.

Just had a routine dental check. Two receptionists greeted me on arrival. I asked for an invoice to be ready for me to collect after my appointment. I then went straight into the dentist and had a good consultation. Afterwards, when I returned to reception, I had a pc tablet thrust in front of me and asked to sign two forms; no explanation given. I refused until I understood what they were and what was required. I then had to to repeat my request for an invoice. They offered to email it to me, or print one off. I opted for the former. When I got home the invoice they had sent me was 7 months out of date. I had to phone and request that the correct one be sent. This has not been a "one off", as they've messed up my invoices in the past. Excellent dental service, but let down by sloppy receptionists.

The dentist I see has never seen me on time - I usually have to wait over half an hour, on one occasion over an hour. As an anxious patient, this is not acceptable. I'm not happy with the clinical treatment received so far either & the dentist dismissed my complaints yesterday about painful & ill fitting dentures telling me to get on with it.

My partner and I had an appointment with Alice Burton for a check up and we both went in together which saved both us and the nurse time. We had our check up and was back out within 20 minutes and very pleased with the service that we both had, Alice is very warm and friendly as my wife is wary of dentists but she is fine with Alice,we both look forward to having our check ups now.

An extraction that was done very professionally, no noticeable pain. Excellent.

Went for two fillings. Also repaired a chip in another tooth. All in the time of appointment. Friendly and hardworking staff. Can not fault the service. Well done all

I had a broken crown which couldn’t be glued back as it was a top front tooth I was keen to get a temp denture fix before a was going away less than two weeks after it happened. After speaking to the dentist Aisha she agreed to try and get it done. I was amazed when a got a text to come back less than a week later.
