I've been going to Damira Dental Island Health for years. The staff are fantastic - from the receptionist who remembers your name to the dentist who is gentle around a sensitive tooth.

I’m with the surgery from last 14 years. Very happy with the service always. All are the dentists are really very kind, friendly yet professional. Highly recommend.

Registered in Jan, three cancelled appointments later, the last one with less than 24 hours notice, final got to see a dentist (but had to phone up to get an appointment) on the same day as the one they had cancelled!!
Then made to wait nearly half an hour even though I was on time.
Complaint letter sent and response back didn’t even have the correct name on it.
And you have to pay for this privilege

It was raining when I had my appointment yesterday in Ruislip, the receptionist greeted, checked me in and offered to hang up my wet coat, she was friendly and polite.
My dentist as usual was excellent, he explained everything and gave good advice. He was also friendly and we had a chat about our families, putting me at ease. I’m currently using a crutch and as I left the receptionist jumped up to hold the door open for me. A charming young lady. I used to hate going to the dentist and although it’s not necessarily my favourite thing, the people here make it a lot easier and less scary. 😳

Excellent treatment. My dentist was first rate, explained in detail what was happening and more importantly I didn't feel any discomfort. Reception staff efficient and I had no waiting about. I would most definitely recommend this practice.

Had an appointment with Eduado to remove what was left of a broken tooth, lower left 6.
My trepidation was overcome with what I can only describe as the best extraction I have ever experienced .
From start to finish the whole thing took 25 minutes, and turned what could have been a horror story into not a bad experience atall.
Well done Eduado and his support nurse. Take five stars and a deserved recommendation.

Received a polite and friendly reception on arrival reason for visit was for the removal of a wisdom tooth that causing problems, something I had been avoiding for some time. My dentist Joanne and her assistant Mia could not be more reassuring and Joanne took time to explain procedures, shared the x-ray and explained further what's happening next all the time with a reassuring smile. Needless to say she removed the tooth easily and without any discomfort to myself. I've had many experiences with dentists with varying results around the country and after my few visits to Joanne at Demira Quayside have the best. She's a treasure.

It’s great no fuss efficiency, expert care by everyone involved. Plenty of friendly helpful advice, and above all cheerfulness, despite the heavy daily diary.

Very professional clinicians, caring and invite questions and want to listen. Very happy.

No problem with check-up or hygienist, but disappointed at being asked to pay for hygienist even though it is covered under my monthly plan.

My bridge fell out after 49 years so I feared the wosrt. New pegs fitted and glied within minues and pain free.

My dentist Bushra was excellent at explaining what I needed and costs etc, made my decision on treatment easier to make a decision.

I am a new client with Damira dental Petersfield and have had a wonderful experience with them. I joined very nervous and had not been to a dentist for a long time, as very nervous. I picked the perfect team. Vicki, Kim and Bobby are a dream team. Kind, professional and reassuring. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

I went for the airflow treatment. I did have a few concerns because of my medical history but these were discussed prior to treatment and I was happy to proceed. Throughout the process the dentist was informative and sympathetic to my needs. Very pleased with the end result.
