Though I would leave a review for my recent purchase with daisystreet.co.uk.

Placed an order on the 14th December 2015, paid for next day delivery- clothes arrived on the 15h December at approx 10:15am via the Royal Mail postman :)

I can say that the packaging was spot on! The clothes came in a very durable solid box to protect the contents.

For what I paid, I'm made up as my wardrobe is soooo much more full & now I have a different outfit for every day of the week!

I'm blabbering on here. So to sum up I will be confidently reordering from Daisy Street again! :)

Daisy street offer low prices, which is always a bonus, and I ordered from them at a time they were offering a particularly good sale - everything £3. Now, I recieved a confirmation email straight after purchase, however it took almost a WEEK for them to email saying that my order had been dispatched (this was after emailing them asking where my parcel was). I will add as well that I paid for 48-17hr delivery, which is 2.99, and it has now been 9 days since I ordered the goods, and still no sign.
If you don't mind waiting, then maybe this is for you, given the low prices that they offer, but don't expect the clothes to arrive when estimated. Order with caution.

I have had many runnings with Daisy Street in the past however ordered 2 items about 6 weeks ago, my order arrived however a pair of shoes that I have ordered were missing and on the delivery note it clearly stated that they were out of stock so I was going to be refunded.

Some 6 weeks later I have emailed them about 50 times because I have never received a single response from them and surprise surprise I have not received a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They have terrible customer service skills, how can they get away with not sending me an item, not refunding me for the item and then never replying to my query??

I am disgusted to be honest.

I ordered a large amount of stuff. 10 days after ordering i still havent recieved my 2nd mail , with the tracking information.

I contacted customer service, and got an answer back , that they where sorry, but my parcel is still at the warehouse, beacuse, it wheighs to much, and they now want me to pay extra for shipping!!

10 days i waited, and not even a single email about my order beeing hold back. And, the money is withdrawed from my account!

BEWARE - THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PAYING THEIR SUPPLIERS!! SO, ALL YOU PEOPLE COMPLAINING THAT THEY'RE NOT REPLYING TO YOU, IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY'RE GOING INTO LIQUIDATION. USING OTHER PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY TO MAKE THEMSELVES RICHER!!!

Great delivery times, packaging could have been slightly better. Overall happy with the products I ordered =D

Ordered a present through the website, and checkout process failed. However, my Paypal account was charged.

Contacted the company twice to ask if they could send the goods or refund me, and got no response.

After 2 weeks I had to resort to opening a dispute via Paypal to finally get a refund.

After reading some of the negative reviews here, i was apprehensive about placing order.

However i made a decision to due to the super cheap prices & the 30% off promo at the time also helped.

My shoes and clothing were well packaged and were delivered on time.

I can also say that your clothing is pretty much spot on for fitting. This can be annoying ad ive received clothing from similar sites and the fit is way off.

All around very pleased and will be shopping again on pay day! :)

Placed an order on the 11th May 2015 on a 72 hour delivery service, it arrived on the 13th May which I was happy about :)

Clothes were well packaged & fit perfectly. Really pleased I discovered Daisy Street & will be recommending to family & friends x

I made an order on the 15th and still have not received it ! There is no contact number and have emailed and not reply can you explain this please !

Would not recommend buying from this online retailer. The customer service is SHOCKING! I ordered one item for next day delivery which never arrived, nor did the dispatch email with tracking information. I have sent countless emails but with not one single reply. Disgusting service.

Recently bought a pair of shoes, quality was not too bad but there were a few threads poking out here & there not noticeable though. The delivery was exactly 2 days (which I opted for) but an email to conform that the package was despatched was never sent.

clothes are true to size. Order took 2 days to arrive as expected. well packaged & soooo well priced. Will be shopping here again! :D

They sent the poor quality product with illegal paperwork claiming we only have 7 days to claim a refund, when in fact you have 14 days to reject and 14 days to return it to the seller. Item was posted back but no refund ever arrived. They denied receiving it, and looking at other reviews on here it seems it may be a standard tactic of theirs. AVOID!

I bought some boots through Asos from Daisy Street, thinking I'd nabbed a bargain at £30. I have had them for just over a month now and they are falling to bits. Serves me right I suppose for buying cheap shoes!

Daisy Street offer some really great and unique clothing for some pretty reasonable prices. In terms of quality, some of the clothing is not the best- but that's the same for every shop.
HOWEVER, their customer service is SHOCKING. I've been trying to get a refund for the last two months and have recieved one email back from them in this time asking for my PO tracking number and such, which I gave, never to hear another response again. I'm so fed up of having to chase them and it's not hard to find other shoppers online also facing the same problem.
So in short- if you're a 100% you're gonna like the clothes you buy (i.e their sizing, fit, and quality) then go ahead. If you think for one second that you might need to return the item you have bought, don't bother, because you will never see that money again.

I bought 4 items from them and only 2 arrived and they weren't the best quality. The other 2 items were damaged so they didn't send them but they still took the full money from me and I still have not had a refund for the other items! I have emailed about 10 times with little response. I went through paypal and opened a dispute and Daisy street declined it. Not happy at all. Do not use this company. Bad all round.

I was worried about ordering a playsuit from daisy street as other reviews were bad but I couldn't find a playsuit like it anywhere else! It arrived really quick, only two day wait, the quality was brilliant and fits perfect!

I placed an order on Monday yet i haven't received an dispatchment email. I've tried emailing yet it keeps failing to send. I can't ring them as it would charge me on my mobile phone and I don't have the money.

Well ordered a product from their website but when it came it was huge! Terrible sizing. And also when I decided that I just wanted to exchange no form to be found! Are you kidding me all I wanted was an easy transaction, what a farce. STILL waiting on a reply from the company too.
