I got horrible service. I bought a shirt when it said it was in stock, it got refunded and I dont even know why. It was supposed to be a gift and no one replied to my email.

Nice t shirt but the image isn’t very bold which is a shame. When the t shirt arrived I actually thought it was inside out because the image was so faded. Quite expensive for what it is.
My daughter loves it though so that’s the main thing.

Cheap and Nasty
I bought a skirt and a cardigan and was really disappointed. The cardigan especially was really thin, poor quality fabric, the kind of synthetic that is super static and it had a hole by the armhole. The skirt was just a bit thin and cheap, not worth the money, will be returned.

Sizing is completely incorrect, they don’t reply to emails, avoid! I ordered a size 14 and it’s more like a 18/20!

Extremely poor customer service
Emailed customer service team about receiving an incorrect item. Initially received a response asking for photos of the item which I provided. After confirming I would be eligible for a refund, 3 weeks later there has been no follow up, and every email I have sent enquiring about my refund has been ignored.
