I ordered 20 KG of Biohome ultra , but they didn't have that in stock, so they kindly sent me the more expensive Biohome ultimate instead at no extra cost ,and it works fantastic, so I'm very happy with that.

Great comms with Joanne who helped arrange for me to collect as delivery would have been difficult on my side. Glass is exactly as described and perfect, i would recommend bying the Window kit so you get the sealant, Grips and Carry handles in one go.

Chose this company because I could get everything I required for my pond glass fit, i.e. the MS3000 the lifting suction handles the clamps for the glass and the actual glass in one. Ordering was simple. Had an email shortly after to tell me an estimated delivery date. Everything apart from the glass was delivered a couple of days after the order was placed. On the day of the glass delivery I received a message to give me an estimated time about half an hour before the glass was due. I had a phone call from the driver to tell me what time with me. Everything was a really good quality. The glass was absolute perfect. Would definitely purchase from this company again.
