Amazing service
Everyone who helped me through the process of selecting the correct mattress and keeping me up to date with delivery have been simply fantastic. I am very very happy with the mattress its comfortable and the exact size I needed.

Mattress is good quality but the…
Mattress is good quality but the updates could've been better..timescale was roughly 3 weeks but no contact with any updates. Had to email and use the online form to get info that mattress was still in production. Then was told a day and that I will be notified when its being delivered.
Updates after reply - I clearly mentioned 3 weeks and your reply mentions within lead time of 7-14 days. It wasn't 7-14days.

Excellent customer experience
Easy ordering process and payment. I appreciated the email to confirm the custom mattress dimensions. Mattress was delivered within advertised time frame, there was also very efficient communication around shipping and delivery. The product arrived well wrapped and packed. Mattress fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

This is my second visit to Custom Mattress.
This is my second visit to Custom Mattress after they first supplied a bespoke mattress for our caravan. This order had them to supply a King Size mattress for our home. The Customer Service Department was first class providing backup at each stage of our order from point of order to delivery.
Oh and the mattress - Brilliant.

Excellent service overall
Excellent service overall. The most comfortable customised mattress for our caravan, we got the gel/memory foam with medium foam base. Excellent customer service, all emails replied to promply and I did ask if any chance of an earlier delivery as we were going on holiday, they couldn't guarantee but put a note to the factory, and it was in fact delivered a week earlier than we expected which was fantastic. Thank you.

Comfy, custom mattress. Cut to my specific shape and it fits perfectly. Speedy communications, easy to use service and the mattress is perfect. Comfier than my own bed. Spent a week away on it in my van and slept wonderfully. If you need a custom shape, guaranteed comfort, use these guys.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service called up to double check measurements and send over drawings for me to double check and authorize decent delivery service and product is amazing and fits like a glove as I measured thank u so much the only thing I could say to improve on was the delivery guys as they just dumped it outside my door for my wife to struggle getting it inside that’s all

Fast service
Needed a topper fairly urgently to improve the tired mattress on a chair bed when family came to stay. I ordered a custom size memory foam topper which fit the bed perfectly and made it a lot more comfortable. it arrived very quickly- far quicker than the time most other companies I found quoted which was particularly important. Overall very pleased!

Absolutley fantastic customer service from start to finish i orderd a custom matress for a play pen due to my little one sharing a room an to keep her safe, so she needed a slighly bigger bed than a cot, mattress has came today and fits perfect 126x126 il have one comfy little girl this evening

This is the worst company I ever. Used
This is the worst company I’ve ever used. I payed for a customized mattress topper for our caravan and when it was delivered omg I have never seen anything like it. I took a photo and spoke and sent pictures to a director of the company and he said he wouldn’t pay £5 for this I had also waited 12 weeks for this. Which was supposed to take up to two weeks. They did say they would try again which I thought ok I’ll try again but after waiting once again for far too long I rang and cancelled. it was absolutely ridiculous. And then they said they would refund asap which didn’t happen and had to ring them twice more before receiving my refund.

As for our new caravan mattresses we couldn't be happier a massive upgrade compared to the one's supplied by Coachman, if you want new mattresses then this is the place to come. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!

Great Customer service
Great Customer service. Ordering was easy and they doubled checked everything with me before they made my mattress. They gave me an expected delivery date too. The mattress was for a French bed that I was reupholstering for our dog sitter to use while we go on holiday. The delivery courier contacted me to confirm the delivery when they received the mattress and all was good. Then the delivery company contacted me again with a different later delivery date and all was still fine. They said they would confirm a 2 hour window on the delivery day. I was a tad nervous on the delivery day so I contacted delivery company. They said they couldn’t deliver until 4 days time and there was nothing they could do. I would on holiday by then. I got back to Customer Mattress and spoke to Katie. She was brilliant and set about sorting the issue and finding exactly where the mattress was so we were able to pick it up. She saved the day in a calm and efficient manner and was a delight to deal with. Give that lady a pay rise! The mattress fits beautifully, it’s comfortable and the bed looks great!
