Cushie did a great job. There was zero hassle and the sofa arrived very quickly. It was pretty straightforward to put together and while it needs some slight breaking in, it's pretty comfortable and nice looking. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a sleeper sofa. Putting it into sleeper mode is incredibly easy as well!

The sofa bed is very easy to put together, looks nice in the space, and works well as a sofa bed pull out in our basement. The couch portion is a tad stiff, but we hope it gets broken in with time!

I love this sofa sleeper. The bed is very comfortable, that was my first priority for guests. It’s also really nice looking and I love that you can wash the cover. Assembly was a little more difficult than I expected but easy with 2 people. I had a small issue with one of the pieces upon delivery but customer service was amazing. Very responsive and they resolved the issue quickly.

Easy delivery & Assembly. Couch is significantly comfier than my past couches but definitely needs to be broken in. Pulling it out into a sleeper is super easy as well, I just wish the mattress cover could stay on the couch the whole time when folded up!

Love the product, very easy to assemble and delivered exactly on time and in pieces anyone can move and carry. Sofa holds form and the sleeper is like a foam mattress and comfy! Tip: let the cushions expand over a couple of days so leave it unfolded when you first get it.

This couch does a lot of things right. It arrived quickly, was easy to put together, and looks great in any room. However, the sitting experience won’t be for everyone. It’s definitely a more firm couch, and those expecting a cloud to sink into will not like it. I actually like how firm it is for the most part, but a little more give would be nice too. This is the main reason why I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Pulling out the couch is super easy and the bed is very comfortable with the extra padding. Finally, the customer service is fantastic. Make sure to communicate with them if you have any questions or concerns.

What can I say? Yes, it's a pricey sofa sleeper, but from the way it comes packaged & how it sets up...you know you'll have this piece for a long time. Bought it as a permanent bed for my mom for when she comes to visit, and she hasn't slept so long in forever. She says she loves it and being 74 yrs old, she has no issues getting innor out of it. Cushie was the way to go, and I'm glad I took the risk on them. You won't be disappointed.

Super comfy, easy to transform. GF likes it more than expensive mattress. Easy access for cuddles.

At first, I had a challenging experience with Cushie. They enforced their 30 day "trial" period when the product arrived broken. Fortunately, their customer service manager stepped in and ensured that the item was picked up in a swift and timely manner.
While the product didn't work my space, I appreciate the way in which the company handled it.

Cushie customer service is very helpful and responsive. This seems like a new company and with a little more work on the foam and cover this could be a great couch. It didn’t end up working out for me but here are my thoughts.

Portability
Cushie comes in 6 boxes so it’s excellent for townhomes with tight staircases or buildings without a freight elevator.

Sleeper comfort
The couch is sturdy and comfortable as a sleeper.

Couch comfort
The couch portion is not comfortable to sit on for more than 10-15 minutes. It’s pretty stiff and doesn’t soften with time. This couch would be great for a guest room/office or a kids play room, where you won’t spend much time sitting on it. This is not a movie couch.

Aesthetics
The couch is nice looking, however, the wrinkles do not smooth out with your hands like the instructions say. After 2 months it still had wrinkles. It would have to be ironed.

Cover
The cover is washable, however, it’s not easily removed.

Returns
If it isn’t the right fit for you, returns are free or they’ll donate it for you and schedule a pick up.

Cushie product is well-engineered. Sturdy, fits together nicely/easily, and is comfortable. Staff was responsive to questions. Delivery took a while due to back-order. seat/back cushion comes squished/deflated. Instructions say to wait 72 hrs for it to gain full size but after 3 days it is still not expanded fully.
