Love my Cushie! So easy to assemble- my husband did it less than an hour. It is quite firm, but I think it will hold up better. At first I couldn’t find the slipcover and customer service was excellent- they responded right away and were super friendly! Highly recommend!!

Cushie sofa sleeper couch is super comfortable, and incredibly easy to assemble.

I love my Cushie! I use it for every night sleeping, and it is so comfortable! More comfortable than my regular bed was! I have a small space so being able to turn it in to a couch (in a few seconds) is great to have a sitting area during the day. My boyfriend was so impressed with the quality he is ordering his own. My cat Hattie also loves it, she thinks it’s hers. She lounges for hours on her warming pad on the couch during the day, and sleeps with me on it at night. I highly recommend the Cushie, and so does Hattie!

I originally was looking for a couch that could fit down our stairs to our finished basement rec room, so the fact that Cushie comes in several pieces was just what I was looking for. The fact that it was a sofa bed was an added bonus. The couch is sturdy and the fabric is of a higher quality. The fact that it is removable to wash is great. I am not the type that would make such a large purchase on-line without seeing it in person, but I was impressed by all the positive reviews. Customer service was great in helping me decide, as well in explaining the reason for delay in the delivery time. Once I was notified that it was on the way, it took no time at It was well packed upon arrival and easy to assemble.

The couch is easy to put together, sitting is firm and supportive. The removable cover is nice but difficult to smooth out all the wrinkles to make the couch look nice and new. Sleeps comfortably.

I am SO HAPPY. the delivery was smooth and timely, the boxes were left downstairs but ended up being super light so it wasn’t a problem. Once all the pieces were out of the boxes it literally took 15 mins to set up. The couch, out the box, is SO COMFY. I can’t wait to break it in a bit bc comfy level will be impeccable. It fits perfectly in our small apt, the color is exactly as described and the fabric is nice. The bed takes 2 secs to pull out, and we received the mattress topper which made it so comfy. All in all I highly recommend, if you’re on the fence this is your sign to do it!!

I ordered a sofa bed on 12/23/24 with the expectation that it would be shipped within 2-6 business days and I would be provided tracking info when it was shipped. I reached out on 1/10/25 to find out when it would be shipped and received an email stating that they had issues due to snow and other things and it would be shipped on 1/17/25 and they would keep me updated. Did not hear from them by 1/20/25 so I sent another email asking for information. Did not hear from them so on 1/21/25 I requested them to cancel my order. No response. Started the process to dispute the charge with my bank.

Great customer service! I needed to adjust my shipping date due to travel so I would be home for delivery. They changed the shipping so my sofa arrived when I would be there. It was easy to assemble and is a quality addition to my room and a very comfortable foam bed. My one concern was the canary yellow color is more of a muted brown mustard color not the bright yellow I was hoping for. Customer service is working with me now to resolve this issue. Otherwise I'm very pleased with my new sofa bed!

I love my Cushie couch! The pull-out is surprisingly comfortable for guests, and the washable seat covers are a lifesaver. Assembly was a breeze—I put it together solo with no issues. It’s stylish, super cozy, and has quickly become my favorite piece of furniture!

This is a great sleeper sofa for the money. Got it for $1300 on a cyber Monday sale. Setup was easy, took about 15 minutes all in. Pieces seem sturdy and slide together very well. The hardest part was finding the cover for the couch, which is underneath the seat base in a zippered pouch. The directions don’t tell you where it is so that was a bit frustrating. I read another review on here and that’s the only way I knew to look underneath. Very happy with the quality and look of the couch and fits perfectly in our space.

I was looking for a stylish futon that wouldn’t be a hassle to switch back to couch mode after being used as a bed. This one checked both boxes perfectly and has been a fantastic addition to our lake house rental! Shipping only took a few days, and I really appreciated that it came in multiple manageable-sized boxes instead of one large, cumbersome box. The only downside was that it appeared to be back-ordered, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. However, Cushie’s customer service was excellent and very helpful throughout the entire process!

I ordered my Cushie sofa Black Friday 2023. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the sofa and so I contacted them about the return process. After some discussion and push back, they eventually offered me half of my money back if I would agree to keep it. So, to avoid the hassle of shopping for a new sofa bed, I accepted the offer and they refunded me half of what I paid. Now, about a year later, I have a sofa where the cover zippers have all broken. Mind you, this is in a spare room and hardly used, so I am quite upset. I should’ve forced them to take the sofa back for a full refund.

Cushie is a lovely couch and very easy to set up! Even with a mix-up during shipping and delivery, customer service was extremely proactive and took care of the situation. I will highly recommend Cushie to my family and friends.

Ordered a queen sofa sleeper in their Black Friday sales. Shipped quickly, easy to set up (needed 2 people). Sofa is comfy and stylish, though we haven't tried sleeping on it yet. Will be a great occasional bed for guests!

Super comfortable sleeper sofa. I found that the mattress topper isn't really necessary, except maybe where your head rests, as it's not as cushiony there. I was able to set it up alone. The very last piece was a bit harder to slide into place, but I managed just fine. One final thing to consider and that the seats had a bit of a factory smell when they were unpacked, so I let them air out for a day or two before using.
