I ordered several swim wears after double checking the website, which states you can return for refund if this is done within 15 days of the delivery of the products. The swim wears did not fit me at all so I followed the instructions on the website and contacted the company via email asking for the return address. So far, two emails from them with broken English stating that the "best compensation" they can give me is 30% off the products plus 20% coupon to use for the next time. No return address provided. This is such a fraud process. I can't believe they can get away with this - it's illegal.

Shocking company… the same story as everyone else below. Swimming costume didn’t fit and very poor quality. Trying to get a refund… forget it… like the others they make you an offer for a percentage of what you paid. It’s a ZERO from me.

Same problem as everyone else here. Item arrived and was wrong size completely. Offered £4 after spending £31 and told to keep the swimsuit. After 3 subsequent e mails each offering me slightly more, I referred to Visa who assisted. I have now received an e mail from them with an address and title different to Curvy She based in New Jersey, USA who are a professional Golfing company. In the e mail they state they will not refund you if the return does not meet their requirements. Extremely suspicious on every level

SAME PROBLEM AS EVERYONE ELSE. REFUSES TO GIVE ME RETURNS ADDRESS AFTER SENDING LOADS OF E MAILS. FIRST THEY OFFERRED £4 COMPENSATION THEN INCREASED TO £8 WITH 20% DISCOUNT OFF NEXT ORDER. WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Bought the correct size for me and it was so small. My average sized boobs wouldn't even fit in the cup size (not for curvy people). E mailed for returns and fobbed off. Offered me 10% discount If I kept it. Said why would I want to keep an item that doesn't fit. They then offered me 30% with a story that the postage would be too much to send it back so I should take the deal

Like all of the other reviewers I have had nothing but issues with this company since I made a purchase. The items were not 'curvy' and wouldn't fit a curvy person, so I want to return. I've had 20 emails (to date) asking for a returns address, with them offering a percentage of the cost of the goods but I am legally entitled to a full refund according to EU distance selling legislation. When I quoted that to them, they backed down and agreed to let me have their returns address, which lo and behold isn't even in the EU, it's in New Jersey in the USA!
They are also stating that they will be applying a restocking fee - which I have disputed as it wasn't mentioned on their website at the time of purchase.
I would strongly urge curvy people to AVOID this company at all costs.

This company is a scam!!! Do not allow refunds and ignore your emails

Wish I had read these reviews before buying! This is not a uk based company it is based in the USA. They do not have a return/refund policy. I have highlighted to them how disgraceful their service is.

You have to email them and they will go on about how it’s not in the best interests for the customer to send it back to the states. I was offered £5, then £8 then £12. It’s an absolute joke Shein is china based and you get free returns.

Wasn't sure if I could give no stars so reluctantly gave 1. This has a co.uk address and email to think its more local. It appears to be Chinese judging by returns address on package ( Reading, Jinguan??) and paypal reference. Substandard products, far too small for a curvy 'company'. No phone number/ genuine address given for returns. Wont allow you return details via email and just palm you off with partial refunds. Avoid at al costs. Verging on scam. Should have checked here first. Live and learn.

Be very warey before ordering from this site, they do not accept returns and stop communicating when you decline their £5 refund. Extremely poor quality considering the price, sizing is dreadful. Everytime I leave a comment on their fb ad it gets taken down.. can't imagine why

Loathed to give it a star at all. Same problem as the other reviews. Unable to get a response from them contacting them through emails or messenger, regarding my returns request. Sub standard quality items. Trying to contact PayPal but even this is also proving difficult. Feeling frustrated and very annoyed that these people are allowed to get away with it. Do not use this website!

This company is a scam, tankini arrived didn’t fit, I asked for refund and kept getting emails offering discount refunds. They are using an UK mailing address, to let you think it’s valid.

My experience is exactly the same as everyone who posted a review here.Can't return goods, i thought i was buying off a british company ( due to their british email address ).Thought i would order different sizes etc bill came to £131.00 would not had done this if i thought i was ordering from a company outside of the U.K .Offered all the usual discounts,then told the warehouse is in U.S. Then , advised me to take discount offer ,due to postage cost's.
Been onto Paypal this a.m and relieved to say they have reimbursed me the full amount.
Was told this is a chinese company ( so that might exlain why nothing fitted me as their sizes are smaller ) Why are people from outside of the UK able to use british email address? This is obviously boardering on a scam or they would use the country of origin email address.

I am also having a nightmare trying to get a refund,they have offered a percentage and i keep my item that is no good as does not fit.
I have decided to let Pay Pal deal with them for my full refund.

Don't use this company! I ordered my tankini over a month ago and never received it. I emailed to ask for an update and never received a reply. I emailed again asking for a refund and again, no reply. A scam company!!!

Ordered two tankinis, shamefully without looking into the company. Only received one which is massively too big, emailed them, sent all the photos of the shipping label, packaging etc. was then asked to provide a photo of the item I didn’t receive? And to prove that it wasn’t in the parcel, all this despite sending a photo of the packaging label showing that there was only 1 item in the parcel. Unfortunately I paid on my debit card so they’ve basically stolen £30 of my hard earned money.

Curvyshe are are using a .co.uk address and post from England. The parcel even had a return address in Birmingham. Terrible experience. My partner requested to return and get a refund. Company initially offer £5 compensation, raising it to 30% discount with her keeping the unwanted item. Insisted on a refund however Curvyshe insisted that it was posted to the USA, which could cost more than the item. Will never use them again.

Sadly there is not an option to leave no stars!!! Ordered from this company as UK address, quick delivery promised and refunds available. Products took 2 months to arrive, I asked to return some items as I ordered extra sizes for choice but they will not give me one! I’ve now been offered 30% refund as I can’t return as office is in America! I now have over £100 of clothing that is of no use to me!

Website entices you to buy, items arrive, but not as your order of do not match description on line and the company will do all they can to avoid giving you authorisation to return and be refunded.
Offering me all types of things to get me to keep rather than return, and when you refuse they stop replying to emails.
I am now stuck with items I did not order and do not want and do not fit and am really cross that they seem to be doing this repeatedly to customers

Struggling to get a refund from these people? My wife was wasting so much time trying to get a refund for returned goods I contacted my bank and asked them for their help with the 'charge back' service. Forms arrived within a couple of days and filling them in and returning them I had a full refund within 7 days.
