THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED TRADING IN THE UK. MY EXPERIENCE ON TRYING TO RETURN GOOD TO THEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS ON THIS SITE. ON THEIR WEB SITE THEY ADVERTISE FREE RETURNS AND FULL REFUNDS, THIS IS NOT THE CASE, DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I SHALL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.

I bought 2 swimsuits from this site. On arrival they did not fit, so I followed the process to request a refund. The reply offered a 20% refund to keep the goods, which I refused. A second reply increased the refund to 30%. Again I refused, requesting the address to send the items to. The address was in the US - so it's not a UK company as the co.uk web address implies. This response also said they do not give a 100% refund because they deduct the original cost of postage. This response had a rather threatening tone too. To get any sort of refund I had to accept.
This is a bunch of crooks - don't buy from them. I wish I had checked first with Trustpilot before buying from them.

Not revived my order, have emailed but no answer, unable to track order - very disappointing

This company should be avoided purchase two swimsuits didn't fit was asked to sell on myself and takea small refund . I refused eventually was offerer £44 refund of course never got it and that was on 2nd February and 41email later still no refund

I wouldn't give this company 1 star!!! All the reviews below are 100% correct. I ordered sizes 18 and received a 14 and a 20. Thought I had made the error when in fact I've since realized they send you the wrong sizes and then wont refund your items. They are constantly stalling, offering partial refunds. Such a shame as the products are very good. If I dont get a full refund having been offered 20%, 30% and now 50% partial refund I will have no choice in going to my Credit Card to stop the payments and get a full refund. I definitely will NEVER buy anything off Curvyshe again!!!!

Why is there no 'zero' stars?
Appalling company which purports by its website to be UK-based, but is in fact in the USA.
I requested a refund after canceling my order well within the 24 hour window. I received an email promising a full refund within 5-15 days, but they failed to honour their promise. No refund has been received.
Fortunately my credit card provider has reimbursed me, but the fault lies with Curvyshe. >> Avoid <<

Fraudulent business with shocking customer service: took my money, then claimed I hadn't paid. I am in the process of requesting a refund from my credit card provider.

I read these reviews after I had ordered my tankinis and was resigned to the fact that Iprobably wouldn't get my order or the tankinis would be poor quality and too small.

Ordered 2 costumes in 2 different sizes. Chose 1 which was ok. Fitted well. Other style no good very thin material,poor quality. Emailed them to return them. They didn’t want them to be returned, offered me 30% I costed how much to send back to America £9. The total price of the refund £124. So I offered to pay postage. Still refused. After numerous emails back and forth. I even threatened that I would be taking legal advice. Eventually I got 80% refund… and 3 costumes which are useless to me. But they sent me £94 … after about 10 wekks of emails…..NOT EVEN A 1 STAR ⭐️

If I could give 0 stars will do, the worse customer services, and to get your order it takes more than 3 months, return policy is a bull s…, this online store are scammers, and they can be reach outs only through emails.
They answer your emails weeks later, I can’t post images, that way customers can see the way they treat customers. DONT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE SCAMMER.

Do not order! Everyday for weeks and weeks I'm getting emails about my package is on its way with a tracking number that doesn't exist. Emails over emails to the service, which aslo doesn't seem to exist, stupid responses, nonsense alltogether. I will never receive the swim suit I ordered, and as it looks reading the other statements, it's not a big loss. Will get in contact with my bank and try to get my money back. 0 stars, or better minus.

Sadly I have the same story as everyone else. I wish I had read the reviews. Its the same problems with their parent company Curvyshores.
Swimsuit arrived and did not fit. Followed return procedure and offered 20% refund and to keep item. I said no. They then offered me 30% refund and 20% discount off next purchase.

Waste of time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Wanted to return an item and they weren’t having it
Offered 30% refund if I kept the item. I said no but that’s it no further communication.
Item is also poor quality. Stay clear

Usually read reviews first and have just proved to myself that it’s worth it. Straps on tankini were stitched on the wrong way round so that it detached and adjusted at the front - looked ridiculous. Offered 10% refund and keep the item, they suggested I sell it. Said it couldn’t be used. Offered 20% and said best to accept that as they only accept returns to the USA and would cost me a fortune to return. Never again 😡

Please do not order from them . They have no return address. They keep asking me to keep the items with money off. Absolute rip off .

Avoid this company they take your money and you get absolutely nothing. 2 months later I have nothing. Filed a dispute through PayPal and they side with this company because the company says its been delivered. I received nothing. Fraudsters steer well clear of this company

I ordered two swimsuits on 13/10/23 they’ve arrived ten days later, very good. Fit is perfect. I’m very pleased.

Scam company! Never received my purchase, they then said they would refund me, I received an email this morning to say the item is on the way??

Absolutely loathed giving one star to start with! Ordered a few items - delivery took 9 days from the US! (Curvyshe.co.uk?!?!?!) - items arrived and were of poor quality and an even poorer fit!.

Contacted them via email requesting a return. Took them 4 days to reply - bearing in mind you have 14 days to return! Asked them for a return address and 2 days later by email an offer of a partial refund (£17) and I keep the goods. Er... no! I would be left with inferior quality goods and over £70 out of pocket. Replied no - just give me the return details and take back your substandard items. They replied offering me £25 refund and I get to keep their still crap merchandise. Remembering that their delaying tactics are eating into the return window! I declined that offer and requested return address - at this point they stopped communicating.

I contacted my card provider and disputed the transaction. Within 4 hours I had my money refunded and they started a case and communicated with CurvyShe. (The money could still be taken back at this point). They requested evidence I had communicated with CurvyShe (I provided all the emails with them) and they found in my favour the money was no longer in danger of being re-allocated back to CurvyShe.

If they wanted them back, they can PAY to have them returned. I still have their tat!

It took me weeks to get sorted, but got there eventually. If you have been stung like me, contact your card provider and keep ALL evidence of their reluctance provide return details and full refunds.

Will only give a 30 % refund and a discount voucher. Will not offer an exchange so I'm left out of pocket with something that is too small. Will never buy from them again.
