Curly hair products
Great way to try out different products for your hair. I normally just order a one off box as and when I can. Good delivery service & I have never been disappointed with any of the products. They do a subscription for every month to receive a box of curly hair products or a bi- monthly subscription for anyone following the curly girl method. Highly recommended.

Good value
Good value although I was maybe a little disappointed as was hoping to try new or different products I’d not find in boots or Superdrug and I’d just bought this stuff last week! However keen to get the box again so not that disappointed as such good value!!

At the time of us curating and sending out the boxes, Cantu's Grapeseed range, which is newly released, was not widely available in High Street Shops, as well as the Avocado gel. Super box of products
I was so excited to receive my first package and was not disappointed.
A great range of products, 3 in full size bottles and really well packaged.
I’ve not had the opportunity to try them all out yet, but so far, I love what I’ve used.

Amazing boxes! I get the “free from” box every 2 months. Best thing I have ever bought. Great quality and brands/products I would never think to try. Would 100% recommend it.

Great selection of CG conscious products every other month. Good communication if there are any discrepancies on ingredients. Fabulous packaging that makes me feel it is a real treat :-)

I love the concept
I loved the idea of this when I first heard about it, and couldn’t wait to try it. I received my first CGM friendly box this month (February) and was initially pleased with it. Unfortunately, one of the items I received was truly horrendous and ruined my daughter’s (5 years old) hair upon first use.I gave it a second chance and used it the next day, but had to wash her hair that night. So I had to throw it away as I do not need it personally. Not Curls Allowed’s fault, however I now feel it was a waste of money (as I had the throw one away), when broken down. It would be an idea if we could put a note on the system to advise of allergies or sensitivities to certain products, which I do have. Luckily the other items in the box don’t seem to contain them.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that one of the products in this month's box has not reacted well on your daughter's hair. Could you please message us with the name of the product so we can pass this information on to the brand.
We do try our best to find products that are suitable for most curl types, however it would very difficult to accommodate everyone's needs or preferences. This is the nature of subscription boxes, in that there will be some hair-care ranges that you get on better with than others.
We would be happy to provide with the ingredients list beforehand for any future boxes you may wish to purchase. We do hope that you are still able to enjoy the other 3 products included.
